the best performance of bored........... the end is SOOOOOO extreme .................... the base player screaming and chino goes insane and pulls off the last chorus ...... soo hot
It's a shame from this era, so many singers using bad technique when screaming and they fucked their vocals. Clean vocals are so important and all this bands just go and destroy their throats because the fans think it's cool, and then the fans complain when the clean vocals aren't as good as they used to be.
whenever having to describe music I think is good - I simply point out it's when I see a drummer doing something back there like what we see Abe doing in this. Can see @ 3:47 that this is Chino agreeing and knows who it is that is driving this band.

Yeah that's your opinion man. They have never been about technicalities. The fans know that. They know Chino as well, and how he is. They're more of an experience band more than a musical band. The emotions are what comes across in their music. Not music technicality, or even lyrics matter much. They're real, what you see is what you get, even if you don't like it, you can't deny it because it's an emotion and it's real. It just exists. Your opinion is yours.

How come Bored, Nosebleed and Around The Fur are missing from the broadcast which you can download on several sites and these are all individual videos? I never knew there was a performance of Bored available from the BDO concerts.

riquediz 100 Friend...this performance was just a couple years after he blew out his vocal cords. From 2001-2007 Chino delivered some horrendously crappy vocal performances off and on due to his throat injury. It wasn't until the writing sessions of Eros and Diamond Eyes when he finally got a handle on his vocals. When not singing during this off period, he was fine; but when the song called for screaming, it's evident that he lost the power in his voice without sounding like a cat that's slowly being submerged in acid.
