This is not Orlando. Not even the same county. Orlando is Orange county. Bella Collina is in Lake County. Bella Collina is 30 minutes west of Orlando. BTW there are rolling hills in the Tallahassee area which actually has a higher elevation. And its not Claremont. Its Clermont, Florida.
Hey there and thank you for your comment. I would have to beg to differ. I have lived in the Greater Orlando area since 1981 and while this is not "City of Orlando" us locals would categorize it as the ""Greater Orlando area" from Bella Collina you can be downtown in about 35 minutes. I do apologzie for the typo. I haven't really visted Tallahassee - nice to know there are more hills closer to the Georgia/Florida line. Thank you for watching and if you need any help in the area feel free to reach out to me directly at 407-921-1310😉
I have lived in the central Florida since 1970 and I remember Orlando being a cow town as it was called. We here in Clermont never called it the Greater Orlando area. Bella Collina has nothing to do with Orlando. Just a bunch of rich people enjoying Lake county.
There aren’t vacation rentals allowed here.
