    여기서 얘기하는 백스윙 올라갈때 커핑 하지 말라는건 다운스윙부터 커핑할려고 팔에 힘이 들어가면 내려오면서 풀린다는 얘기 같은데
    다른 프로님이나 선수님들처럼 백스윙 올라갔을때 커핑이 되는건 손목과 팔에 힘이 없어서 공 무게만으로 만들어지는 커핑이고 그걸 내려올때 유지하는거라는걸 알게됐네요
    여태 연습을 잘못하고 있었나보네요... 다시 연습해보겠습니다 ㅎㅎ

      다운스윙은 푸시다음에 내리는 스윙이고
      백스윙다음에 앞으로 보내는 스윙은 포워드 스윙.
      내리는스윙이 아닌 앞으로 보내는스윙입니다. 앞으로 가져갈때 공을 내리면 안되겠죠?^^

    저도 느낀점인데 백스윙이 올라가면서 의식하면 컵핑이 되지만 릴리즈에 풀려요 근대 백스윙은 머 어려운게 아니라 걍 반동으로 올라간거고 아무생각 안함 내려올때 긁어온다라고 생각하면 컵핑이 되있더라구요 그다음 부턴 어떻게 던져도 회전은 항상 먹더라구요

    근데 저렇게하면 땡기는거아닌가요? 그냥 백스윙하고 가만히있으면 내려오니깐 땡기지말라고하는데 뭐가 맞는건가요?
    백스윙하고 그냥 스텝은 그대로밟고 마지막에 발목에서 살짝 손목만 돌려주는거 아닌가요?

    컵핑에서 언컵까지 해야 크랭크 구질 아닌가요? 전 엉덩이쯤에서부터 풀면서 내려오는데 그게 잘못된 방법이었던 것인지...
