Hey guys, I am Bulgarian who used to live in Bournemouth back in 2005-2006. I worked in BarSo and 1812 just across from the BIC. I really loved Bournemouth and felt really welcome. I hope you find Bulgaria welcoming too as I am sure you will encounter a number of challenges here, as we all do. All the best and good luck!

I dont know if you kept the tortoise, but it might be a good idea to take it to the Tortoise Centre. It's a rescue, based in Banya, Burgas area. They can treat and rehabilitate, injured and sick tortoises.

We made a chicken coop on two floors, the first one was with steel bars for them to sleep there and poop below. Cement is placed at the bottom to make cleaning easier. The second floor was of boards and straw so that they could lay their eggs there. don't remove the grass they love grass. Make a path to feed them more easily and collect the eggs. You need to put a high fence net. They jump high. I hope I was helpful to you.❤

It’s a European tortoise there are millions of them throughout Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey. They are the ones that when we were kids we used to be able to buy them 50p from the shop in England, but they were being transported in inhumane conditions and now they cost about £350-£500 to buy Because they have to be looked after properly and therefore the cost goes up just a quick tip as our totally different species have webbed feet smooth. Low shells made for living in the water and swimming and tortoises spend their life on land with non-webbed feet, high non-aerodynamic shells, they are still everywhere near our house in Turkey and in spring when you go out there are literally thousand under your feet as they are hatched.

Ticks die if you put them in a jar with a bit of ooking oil. If you paint the ticks on the tortoise with a bit of cooking oil, they should fall off. Please be careful of ticks,I know a lot of People here in Spain who got tick fever,,very nasty and can mean hospital stay xx

You seem to be on the edge of your village, even with your dogs there be careful with foxes in the winter months if you let the chickens out, we have had foxes take chickens from our garden in the middle of the village in daylight even with our dogs not far away and donkey in the same paddock as the chickens, winter makes the foxes desperate

I think that those young trees around the place for chickens are too close to your house, don’t you think guys….? They may damage the foundation of the house - be careful with that. Also keep your chicken closed at night as we have animals that eat chickens like wild animals foxes and …. Don’t know how it would be on English but - белка.

Hey! Yeah we did OK, it was tough. I think if you watch the "we build a bathroom" episode you'll find out that we lost about 3 months worth of footage due to Lewis phone breaking so he couldn't record, and jordans phone didn't upload the videos we took to Dropbox like it was supposed to and then everything on that phone got deleted as we thought they were on a cloud. It was quite sad!

Please don't show what will be on this episode, at the beginning. It spoils the surprise. It's a bit like knowing what youre getting for Christmas. By the time you open the present, most of the excitement has gone.
Besides that, I love watching your channel.

The coming up scenes are really important for the episode, and to be able to allow us to attract new viewers. Without it, people who scroll through, won't know what's happening and what were about. They call it a "Hook", so we take the very short clip, and give people a brief overview of what's to come. We never show too much and it's always snippets. We appreciate your feedback, and we're glad you're watching and following our journey.
