    IMPORTANT: Dear Edward, due to an innovation at TH-cam, videos are now automatically translated into other languages with the help of AI-generated voices. Users then have to manually switch back to the original language (English) EVERY SINGLE TIME. Many content creators are unaware of this. The content creator must switch off the translation manually if they do not want this. As an overseas viewer from Germany, I would be grateful if you could turn off the AI translation so I can continue to hear your original voice recording. AI voices are unbearable. Thank you for your work!

    Someone being honest finally❤ The “easy, instant, overnight” crowd will have you caught up. While it is instantaneous it’s also challenging to maintain in this world.     Practical advice and examples of how we can get our awareness under control is what’s needed. I.E. how you do that; what steps can we take; is it breath work?; is it becoming hyper aware and constantly reminding yourself to think about what you want rather than letting your mind ruminate; how to redirect focus; how to be aware that you’re imagining cuz when I get lost in daydreams I’m not even aware I’m “gone” or of what was happening in the daydream until I “come back” to reality. And feeling is the hard part. Feeling after something I want. How does one even know what they want? And where do instincts fall into all this? Some of us have suppressed instinct which is way worse than suppressed desire. For example, I unconsciously starve myself, but my body needs food doesn’t it. I don’t do it on purpose but feeding myself does FEEL like a huge chore. How do I remove that internalization of death that was put into me as a child?
    Like actually spell it out Edward. You seem to be averse to that when that is the thing that would actually be helpful for a lot of people.

      @@iamfiguringoutwhoiam I do find this channel does not touch in speaking about trauma or the physical felt experience of imagining / doing so in meditation / or touch in feelings themselves much.
      I wish it did. But I do think it’s the best channel for contemplating the inner world and imaginal world and taking it in on very practical levels.
      I don’t see him switching gears. I hear you though bc I need more emotional discussion too.

      @ yeah exactly. I realized I had to imagine the violent things I wanted to do to the people who I feel anger towards. I didn’t want to do this in imagination but someone once said to just do it anyway and it actually made my body physically move. Tension left my body. I’ve had a blockage in my throat chakra for a long time. I recently imagined ripping someone’s throat out who hurt me and the next morning the blockage in my throat had been greatly reduced. Like Edward says to not imagine things you don’t want because they’ll produce a motor response in you but wtf do I do about somatic experiencing especially when the experiences I’ve had so far have actually freed up my body.

      You need to contemplate what awareness is. Contemplate on it. Take time and realise you are awareness alone and always will be awareness like you effortlessly read this message. Awareness preceeds everything. Thoughts will go off by itself when you know who you are. I guess you could start from there. You will relieved and free. There is only awareness. There is no inner world or outer world. You are aware of something all the time. Just realise you have always been that awareness. Forget about desires. Just realise you are not a past future thought experiences. You are pure awareness untouched. Just meditate on it keep asking who am I? The mind goes silent automatically. For trauma specific issues again it all depends on an individual if they understand who they are they would dissolve it within seconds. But in the mean time if it takes some time to understand then its better to do some breathe work excercise spending time withe nature calming yourself down taking care of yourself first' give it a month no need to search for any new information. Just ask yourself what exactly you need to do answers will come from higher consciousness your higher self will answer. Hope this helps.

    i was good at imagining. Now, I am in the point of my life that i don’t need anything more. Sometimes I tried to manifest something for fun but can not. And i feel satisfied with this state

    I find it easier only when I switch state before being in imagination. Because if I'm in a state where my thoughts reflect fearful things, then when I go in imagination, I'll see those fearful things right before me, like you said, since that's where/how/who I AM at the moment. And I know that switching states and being in imagination are the exact same thing. But we also know that from our current I AM/state, there may be infinite ways to access imagination and different states. And we can easily think about at least couple ways that make us feel different, in a different mood, right now, without much effort (it can be anything). The easiest one is the one that clicks with your current I AM, right now. And following rules it's usually what makes it more difficult, no matter if it's Neville's rules or your own rules, whoever you were five minutes, one day, one week ago, etc. Because rules are slower than us. They don't change unless we spend time changing them and when we are finished, they're usually already obsolete.

    I never sought security, because I didn't believe in it. So I understand what you are referring to. Recently I have discovered security and of course I found it in my imagination. Then I really lived this truth that imagination is All there is.
    It is true, you can't become something unless you first entertained it.

    Edward, I've been listening to you for several months now, and its changing my life. Thank you.
    Something wonder if you may consider speaking to, is heartache, and healing with others.
    The thing is, connected with grief, love lies beneath it. What can one imagine, one can one tap into, in allowing heartache to exist?
    How can we use imagination to create a reality where the wish fulfilled can be what is on the other side of grief. What is the path towards that?

      Feel the grief in your body, but the mind will bring in a story, try not to identify with the story and allow yourself to feel the feeling completely, take your time with grief and be gentle with yourself. Over time once you feel lighter, you can shift your focus back on your « I am » as your self concept and consciously manifesting. Just some thoughts ❤

    Can you talk about something practical like how to heal your focus. This work isn’t helpful unless we can actually sustain focus. You keep saying “put your awareness on what you want” but if our nervous system is fucked from c/ptsd or just being massively dysregulated, what do we do about that? I can barely sustain focus on a single thought without my mind running off into tangents. Trying to imagine an ideal scene is out of the question.
    Does awareness mean to just constantly be thinking about what you want? Just a constant redirecting of focus to what you want?

      You don’t have to sustain focus on a single thought. It’s enough to imagine something once until you feel it and then know for a fact that because you’ve seen it, it will show up “out there” too. I call it future memories.
      You could also bypass imagining altogether and go straight for the knowing.
      Whatever you do, you have to ignore all thoughts that contradict what you know to be true. You don’t need focus for that, just persistence and awareness of what you’re thinking.
      And if your mind goes on a tangent, let it. No point fighting it. Decide who and what you are and let your mind be noisy. It’s just noise. Treat it as just noise. Your mind doesn’t get a say, no matter how noisy it is.

      @ ok I get the feeling thing but is it really truly enough to have felt it once? Because feeling for something I want is the difficult part for me. And what if I just can’t feel after it? Then what? Is it enough to think about it?

      @ and ok let’s say I’ve managed to get the feeling atleast once but I’m having a hard time feeling it again, now does this mean I just go about my day ignoring thoughts and feelings that may come up to the contrary? Pretend like they’re not happening and just remember that I had the single feeling of my wish fulfilled and just keep living day to day life until the change comes into being?

      Not sure that you do get “the feeling thing” because what it means is to accept it as yours. Just like how you’ve accepted your current circumstances as yours-you don’t need to focus on it all day to accept it. That said, it’s fine to experience it within one time and then live in the knowing that it is yours. That’s “the feeling thing” 😊

    Look at mystics like Rumi or Meister Eckhart, or Eckart Tolle if you like a more modern reference. Sure they refined their writings and found new ways of saying it. But they spent their lives on the mystery of God and their way of saying it. I wholly approve of you sticking to your original message.
    Today people are obsessed with "new" information and theories. It's superficial and very rushed. We have to take pains with knowledge. Let it sink in, is a great phrase. I read Dune when i was fourteen the first time, every time i read it, i find some new aspect. Not saying it's a spiritual text, more that good intelligent writings can have many depths. (Unlike the recent movies that removed the intelligent aspect ) As our own consciousness widens so deepens words and teachings.
    Cliches are funny like that. Oftentimes they hold immense wisdom in their simplicity. But only if the consciousness is able to penetrate behind the words. Otherwise they could be some random text on a milk carton, therefore they are frowned upon by most.

    Can you give me an advice ? I know the law i have been studying it alot bit there is a thing and i guess iam in this loop that i imagine it i feel good about it but all of a sudden all of those are gone . For example i have a condition in my back that i want it to go away to be able to lift weight excercise and dance . I can do them but in a moderate way because of my back condition [ im constantly in fear that i might do sth wrong bexause of my back condition that would hurt my back ]and i really dont know how to ignore it and dont think about my posture and other stuff related to my back during excercises and be my true self in other way be in my wishfullfilled . I dont know how i can get my attention off of it during the day and during excercising and other times . Can some one give me an advice

      Hey sweet friend 🤍 something that works for me when I fall back into an old thought loop/thinking/feeling state is to STOP. and when I say stop I mean come to a complete stop. Dropping all thoughts. Good or bad. Dropping everything you think you know or believe and rest in what is left. What is left when you surrender desire, imagination, your thoughts/beliefs? The AWARENESS that you ARE. I rest here as long as I can. THEN once I’ve seen through the illusion of mind, it becomes much easier to USE my imagination rather than being USED by it.
      I hope this helps 🤍 I’ll be envisioning you flowing and dancing and moving with grace and ease ✨

      Create a short visual of someone shaking your hand and congratulating you on your financial abundance and loop it when the thoughts of lack come up. If you can do it before sleep Neville says that helps, but you’re the God of your own reality so whatever you decide works for you, will work for you.
