I remember fighting him years ago on the Neo Geo CD. I could only beat him in one round using Haomaru. He only showed every once in a while, so I could never really learn his pattern. Great job!

styles are VERY similar, but kuroko is basically the ultimate SNK easter egg. He's a nod to characters from different games, Art of Fighting, Fatal Fury, etc. There's isn't really too much lore behind him, but some site (dont know how official) apparently he may've been a demon hunter alongside Kafuin Nicotine in their younger days. He is bald, and has a thin mustache.

good job! but even i play this game in level-4, when rival hits me , my energy lowers very much. rival's energy doesn't lower so much when i hit. in this video, kuroko hits ukyo, but ukyo's energy doesn't lower as much as i expect.
I believe something wrong with this console. 20 years ago, I played Arcade box and this Kuroko is unbeatable for 5 years. His AB cost me half health even more each

Ten bucks says Kuroku is actually Tung Fu Rue from Fatal Fury in Disguise.
