Burns Apartments: 1 Bedroom Unit Glimpse

Located in historic North Cambridge, construction on the 198 units at Burns Apartments started in February 2020 and completed in late 2022.
Every building system was replaced or upgraded and a new air conditioning system was also installed at Burns. The building was insulated and cladded with a cementitious panel. Enhanced and expanded community spaces include a new second floor outdoor deck. Eight new handicapped accessible units were constructed as part of the construction work.
