The absolutely best, best, best, investment, is to rennovate an old house left by your ancestors. Even if you hire workers to do it, even if you do it gradually. Long term it is a new house at a small fraction of the cost. And you get to love the house because your poured your sweat in it and because your ancestors will be proud of you, well done mate!

Your guy's ingenuity is awesome the way you guys moved the tree and the slab of brick that is amazing. Here in America we are lazy so we use machines to move things but you guys are just awesome.

In the UK, for example, I owned my own house, but I have to pay over two thousands £s per year council tax and in return, I get public services like policing, rubbish collection etc. it's far more expensive than in China where they are almost free.

Once he and his wife added flowering plants, trees, reused painted tires and artificial grass, I realized that everything is the backdrop of each other (sorry, my artistic ability and imagination is limited😂).I wish I could see the finished house, inside and out.
