Fun fact: all Pokémon that escaped without a move have a base speed equal or higher than Charizard's; note that while wild Pikachu are not faster than Charizard, the Partner Pikachu has higher base stats then most (alternatively, franchise mascot powers enabled it).

I feel like Kazuya could theoretically pull it off with frame-perfect crouch dash cancels, since doing them in rapid succession lets him travel faster than his normal run speed.
This is what I was going to ask. I'm not sure how feasible that is but a human but definitely seems possible from a technical standpoint. Or at least it would be interesting to see.

My son thinks you should make a stage that only characters of certain series can't pass. It would be kind of like all but one. He thinks you should start with the Kirby series, because you've already made Kirby and Meta Knight all but ones. Something like All But Them

As far as I know, Yoshi is more of a dragon than Charizard. (that is, until Charizard mega-evolves into X form, then they are both dragons…) But yeah, for some reason, Yoshi is fairly heavy but also pretty floaty. And he sure is fast, too

@@Chill-Noob1 the green missile misfire (the move Luigi did to beat this challenge) is extremely similar to flare blitz, especially in speed. Both are ridiculously-strong, fiery attacks where the attacked flies horizontally across the screen with their head aimed at their opponent, and they basically went the same speed, you could see them traveling next to each other but neither going faster or slower than the other.
Luigi’s ability came first. If anyone is copying, it’s Charizard, regardless of the fact that Charizard takes damage but Luigi doesn’t.
