Whoever wants to kill a bot with knife, use tactical shield. Try to split weakest enemy(for eg. Nails), shoot him few times(you must know how to use tactical shield effectively) and then flash him and use knife. You can easily get a kill with knife. Hope it would be helpful.
Or you can just throw a smoke grenade, bait them inside the smoke by shooting them a bit and just knife them when they are close because bots can't see you through smokes or inside smokes but you can.

U was aiming. But auto-aim helps to aim enemies more effectively. As your crosshair was bouncing like crazy ,when you killed that razor or it may be nails.
