Yeah I took 4 times for him and just won by picking the right stances, and then with the final boss I was there for 3 hours and tried like 12+ times lol
I really struggled on the Vader fight, like it really wore me down after 7-8 tries. I beat Rayvis in 2. It’s funny how some people struggle with different things in video games
Am I the only one who found the boss fights relatively easy but the normal combat arenas where they throw tons of big and small enemies at you much harder? Those massive staff droids bring me so much pain😂
A good thing for that is the automatic blaster reflecting skill on the double ended saber to take out blaster enemies first in a big room. Just walk in and parry the first laser that comes at you but keep holding the button and you will automatically reflect all blaster shots. Especially good against the stormtroopers with miniguns
Playing on Grandmaster there is no room that I hate more than that one right near the end of the game where they give you like six waves of enemies consisting of purge troopers, a dx sentry droid, the security droids, and the souped up probe droids, that room was just mean
For a second I was super confused trying to think of which boss gave you more trouble but then you mentioned Rick and I was so happy. I totally forgot he was a boss you could fight, I thought he was like Vader in Fallen Order, it was impossible to challenge his might.
For whatever reason, I struggled with Vader and Deagan more than Bode. I think I may have just been ultra cautious with that one. As for story modes, Vader and Deagan were my hardest times
Rancor slowly became super easy. You can dodge his grab attack by just dodging back at a certain point and you'll dodge everytime don't jump ever you'll get caught no matter what during that attack. Something I've learned during my attempt with the double rancor fight. Defintely hardest was by far the double oggdo or Vader on grand master close third probably the double rancor only because one would completely skew my vision of the other and me being unable to see the second one charge and grab me through the other.
True, I keep seeing people try to jump over attacks for no reason, there are times where you do have to, but I assume attacks have to be dodged until proven otherwise and that's why I never got grabbed by either of the two rancors in the game on jedi master difficulty.
For me, what made him easier early on was just getting close to him. Some of his attacks don’t register and his weird lung unblockable is less lightly to trigger, or at least is less likely to catch you. From there, it’s just about parrying, spacing every once in a while, and jumping.
Im only on Jedi knight but after killing him the first time the next like 3 or 4 times I found one I killed him first try, it's a lot easier after you get it, but then again I was on Jedi knight
Vader was actually pretty ok, I played on Jedi Knight and only needed 2 runs but I was really good with Cere. Bode on the other hand was a totally different level, I switched to story because I just couldn’t make it
Oggdo boss fight has to be the most difficult for me. I barely managed on Jedi Padawan, and it took 4 tries. I think having the crossguard stance might make the rancor easier, so long as you don't miss time things
@@croucha1r237 I also just lost patience after getting killed by the unblockable attacks that I spammed Dark Side whenever I could to just to focus a fury of attacks on a single enemy during that time
I had to learn Rayvis attack patterns and for some reason the crossguards slow speed helped with my parry timing. I fought him so many times that at the end I almost did it with no hits.
Oggdo Bogdo and the Rancor are a lot easier with Blaster Stance and use the Blaster Perks. One Perk Increases Blaster Damage and the other one increases Lightsaber Damage after you shoot so you weave between blaster and saber attacks. The Damage Boost Charge Shot for the blaster from the Bounty Hunters is pretty amazing.
The double Oggdo Bogdo fight was brutal when I played on Jedi Knight. But one thing that carried me through that was the dark side time slow. It can deal about half a health bar of damage or more. Once I got the timing down the tongue attack can be jumped over.
Absolutely loved the vader and rayvis fights. Vader was done so well, keeping his stiff but explosively quick fighting style and intimidating toughness, raw power, and persistence. Rayvis was just a perfectly executed sekiro/souls boss. Very fair and will crush you the first 100 times but on 101 you could beat him without taking damage by learning. Both fights 10/10
I was terrified for about an hour when going to fight Rayvis, but I thought he was one of the easier bosses on the game. I beat him first try and was genuinely surprised there wasn't a third phase. On the flipside, Bode took me multiple attempts, Vader took even more, the Rancor more than that, and Spawn of Ogdo about 50
I had a feeling Rick would be the last entry, I also fought him earlier than what I was suppose to. I went up on the mountain as soon as I got the green shield ability. The issue I had with Vader was when I took hits I could never find time to heal. I hadn't done the frog tear but Vader was the fight that took me the most effort (on normal difficulty). The dual Rancors took me 3-4 attempts, but I usually use blaster stance, especially against beast bosses.
If you ask me my hardest list vs my most struggled list, they would be different. I honestly did not struggle too much with Rayvis. He still killed me several times, but the first part is a piece of cake. Dagan is interesting because he kinda trains you for his final fight with his first two. That being said, I struggled with him immensely. Having to fight 3 of them at once on grandmaster was liquid-injected nightmare fuel. But that is the only thing that is truly hard about him. Vader was a pain because you only have 4 stims so one hit and you’re down a minimum of 1 stim. Bode tho. My guy. I hated this fight. Once I got to the last part with him I about cried. That being said, I do think he is easier than I thought. After the several dozen attempts at this fight, I figured out his gimmicks and always attempted to get to the final portion with 13 stims. Rancor isn’t hard IMO but that force tear with them made me get good at fighting them. Lastly, f*** the oggdos fight.
For the rancor lunge, Ive always just tapped dodge at the perfect time for a perfect evade. This is actually the one attack which I never had trouble evading
I did double Ogdo challenge after double Rancor, so I was much more prepared for it, already mastered the kiting strategy and staying way the fuck away from instakill attacks (GM difficulty). Few things: -Pretty sure cutting off the tongue is no longer a thing. It was a thing in Fallen Order, it doesn't seem to be a thing in Survivor. -Blaster stance with ricochet is increadibly good here. Charged blast can easily stagger them both at the same time, giving you time to stab and run before they start to counter. -I did not put much effort into mastering guarding against their attacks. They are just not telegraphed well enough to consistently react. Hit and dodge, stagger with blaster to get the opening, that's the whole strategy. -Don't even try it before unlocking air dodge.
The gimmick with Vader I found is that he hits fucking HARD most of his hits do around half health sometimes more if you avoid or block that then you’re fine
Haha, loved your video! In my opinion the hardest boss were the good old Oggdo on the cavern. Double oggdo were not _nearly_ as bad as I thought. Much harder were the double Rancor-fight for me. The 'Door Technician'... oh, I laughed out loud when I defeated that one.. like a 'boss fight'... I thought - _really_?? Then again - I never played this one on the hardest level. Props on you, mate! ^_^ Loved the clip!
I think Rayvis probably gave me the most trouble. Bode was HARD but by that point I had 8 stims so it was a little more forgiving. Rayvis just had weirder timing to his attacks and was harder for me to read (which is very important on GM because of the tight parry timing).
Rick the door technician is the most challenging boss, i needed to master my parries and perfect dodges to finally beat him. Bravo to respawn for creating such an amazing and difficult boss.
I beat Ravis first try on Jedi knight because I found his move set so easy to predict and using the cross guard stance as soon as he’s open his health is yours for the taking.
man i dunno if i lucked out but i beat dagan's final fight in one try on GM. maybe cuz i learned all his timings from previous fights, but like he stood no chance against me. his big weakness is if you parry his saber throw it instantly staggers him and zeroes his block meter. rayvis was tougher but he also had a big weakness i learned to exploit. when he begins his attack chain he'll always be vulnerable to a force pull that will stagger him towards you. you just gotta be quick with the LT so even if he's in your face it'll interrupt his attack. save your slow for when he fires his missiles - then you can pull them out of the air one at a time and throw them back at him.
For me pretty difficult fight happened on Koboh in untamed lows with rino, banta and giant gorilla at the same time. If you fall into this pit without high level confuse, it's a bloody nightmare.
Somehow I beat Spawn of bogdo on jedi knight first try, didn't realize everyone was strugglung so much with it. The two of them fission challenge is hard asf
My order is Rick 9th sister Vader Dagan Rayvis Bode Oggdo Rancor Dual Oggdo Dual Rancor The truck for the last 4 is the blaster stance. Use the slow down time and target multiple enemies attack along with the perks that increased blaster damage, increase lightsaber damage after a blaster attack, same but for force attacks, and the block meter increase. Max out health through all the force collectibles and max stims. Max the blaster tree as well. The force slow is not a good choice IMO as it makes it harder to tell if an enemy is going to attack. For the rancor, dodge left to avoid the 1 hit lunge grab attack. Afterwards, attack and get a few quick hits in. For Oggdo, just be lucky honestly. Using all of that, I managed to beat the fights on the second hardest difficulty. I imagine I could do it on the hardest given enough time but I don't want to
Random tip. Beat the game on Grand Master. Just beat double rancor challenge on Grand Master. Jumping during the dash grab is a death sentence. Stay on the ground and just side dodge. Don't be scared to block even if you're going to be staggered. Staggered is better than dead.
i think the stances make a huge difference. i would consider myself pretty average at the game too, but rayvis and bode felt super easy with the crossguard stance equipped.
Ravis was one of the easiest for me but genuinely so much fun (definitely the funnest boss), taught me the value of perfect dodges and their timing. For me the hardest boss was actually Vader, for some reason I just really struggled to defeat him
Y’all are going to hate me and probably won’t believe me but I completed the Spawn of Oggdo fight in my first attempt on Master difficulty - although at this point I was later into the game with many of the perks unlocked. I was using blaster and crossguard stance, but I didn’t realize you could gun parry the unblockable attacks, so my approach was to double jump and dash to avoid the unblockables. I still ended up getting hit quite a lot, but at that point I had at least 10 stims, so I was able to survive long enough to beat him on master I am currently playing through the entire game on grandmaster (not new game plus) and I am looking forward to seeing just how brutal spawn of oggdo (and also combined spawn of oggdo and oggdo bogdo) is
Ravis was a 1 try victory for me and bode took 3 turns but really only 2 because i thought i was supposed to resist the pull to the dark and i didnt use the darkside when he was punching my skull in. Dagan took like 6 tries when i was trying to save Zee but i started using the cross guard and beat him. Vader was stupid tough. He took off so much health with a single attack it terrified me. I got him down to almost half health before he landed a blow but once he did my confidence was shaken and he gained the upper hand. Fear really does weaken the force, dear lord. Oggdo Jr was a real work out. And that damn rancor was a literal terrorist. When i first faced him, right after going to koboh, he killed me for probably an hour and a hald straight. I eventually gave up, ran down there, got my xp, slowed him and dipped the fugg out. Didnt come back until i was ready to go to tanalorr.
As someone who played on Grandmaster, I think that aside from the fact that I have yet to beat the double Oggdo force tear, and as such, can't offer an opinion on it, the only thing I would change about this list from my personal experience is that I would swap Vader and the Rancor, in my playthrough I think that Ninth Sister and final Dagan were probably my quickest fights of this list, though I don't think the Rancor is that far behind as I believe it took me under an hour on all 3 of them, though I could be wrong. The time it took me to complete the fights got a lot longer after that on the list, I do believe that Vader took me the shortest amount of time with it being somewhere around an hour and a half to 2 hours, he really gave me trouble. Bode took me less time than Rayvis I'm pretty sure, but I'm not sure how much longer I would have been stuck there if Bode didn't glitch on his last phase so that he just constantly blocked until I broke his block meter, staggered for a little bit so I could get some hits, did a combo, and then went back to blocking, so while I would put Bode lower than Rayvis, I think they're both pretty difficult in their own way so it's hard for me to compare. Rayvis definitely took me a while as well, he and Bode were the only ones of the two that made me take off my Wisdom Perk and exchange it for a couple that would actually help me in battle. And obviously Rick the Door technician is a god among men, it's only through sheer luck that I managed to beat him in under 100 attempts, honestly, he kind of needs nerfing
My list without force tear: 1. Spawn of Octo Bogdo (forced me to lower my difficulty) 2. Rayvis (beat him on 2nd try but still challenging) 3. Bode (quite challenging but melt his health with dark force) 4. Rancor (died 3 times but i really figured out how to be patient) 5. Urgost (every attack he made is red attack, almost no gap to counter)
I managed to beat rayvis first try and i defeated bode in two attempts, but i really struggled with daegan. As regards ogdo, I managed to defeat him second try once i unlocked the dark side slow.( I played on jedi knight difficulty)
Rayvis was actually really easy for me on grandmaster. Only took about six attempts. Key is using the auto parry in dual wield stance and reflecting his blaster shots for more force power. Not flashy but it works.
I don't want to rank them by how hard they were, but rather how much I enjoyed those fights. I played on Jedi Knight difficulty, and this was my first game I ever used a controller on. A lot of difficulty (and realistically, my enjoyment on the fight) was adjusting to controller. 11. Oggdo (+force tear) - yeah, I just instantly turned it to story mode. 10. Bode Akuna - I wouldn't mind that fight that much if not for the attack where he sticks a bomb on your chest. The range is absolutely ridiculous, the timing is completely off. 9. Ninth Sister - I still don't understand what the hell I was supposed to do in the 2nd phase where she reads your mind. It felt lik 8. Mire Terror (+force tear with 3 legendaries) - first fight felt impossible with extra Mogu. Using confusion on Mogu felt a bit cheap, but that was the only way I managed that. Story-moded the force tear. I did like the fight with the 3 non-legendary versions of them though. 7. Skriton/Golden Skriton - eh, it was allright. 6. Rancor - dealing with one of them was kinda fun. 2 of them were insta story-mode. 5. Vader - I'm not the biggest fan of how much damage Cere managed to inflict on Vader, and I don't think we needed cutscenes midfight every time (it would be nice to have them just the first time around and then autoskip). 4. Dagan Gera - I struggled with the 2nd fight quite a bit. That knowledge gained carried over to the 3rd fight, where I didn't struggle as much. 3. Caij Vanda - the fight just felt cool. 2. Rick The Door Technician - by the time I saw him, I had no stims left and half the health bar, so my first very scared thought was "Are you kidding me, the previous meditation point is in a different post code". 1. Rayvis - my favourite bossfight in the game. It just felt very fluid. Rest of them didn't really register as proper bossfights to me
For me Bode is the hardest, more specifically his final phase. His attack combos are just so fast and deal so much damage that I often find myself dying very quickly before I even had a chance to pop a stim. I ended up beating it by just dodging over and over again until he did his move where he leaps across the room at you, he stays down for a couple seconds and thats where I got some hits in. I also used my dark side ability when I could and that did a good amount of damage too.
After playing on grandmaster this is my ranking from easiest to hardest: 1. Ninth sister 2. Rancor (he’s very telegraphed and easy to counter if you pay attention and learn his moves) 3. Bedlam lightsaber wielders (not that bad, can be really annoying sometimes at hard difficulties) 4. Dagan 1 (Dagan just sucks because his strings of attacks go for way too long and he’s so difficult to parry on grandmaster) 5. Vader (not really that horrible difficult, you just have to learn his moves and from there it’s easy) 6. Urgost fist of Rayvis (these guys are awful on grandmaster because of the amount of damage they do) 7. Dagan 2 (again just really hard to parry + added annoyance of spinning lightsaber) 8. Dagan 3 (hard to parry + clones are super annoying) 9. Rayvis (dude is a god on grand master and he took me a long time to beat) 10. Bode (grenade dash attack is really hard to dodge + just is difficult in general) 11. Triple Koboh creature boss force tear (suffering) 12. Spawn of Oggdo (nearly broke my controller over this one tbh) 13. Double rancor (it’s difficult because of the fact that can’t see the second rancor half the time so you just are in constant fear that he’s going to grab you) 14. Double Oggdo (horrid, awful, any word to describe bad. It’s overly difficult and the wall is bugged so you can’t fully double jump to avoid an attack if you’re touching the wall) I’ll leave out the rest of the creature bosses and droid bosses because they really aren’t that difficult
in both of my playthroughs of Jedi Survivor, I left Rick alive and just went up the elevator. And then when I went back to pick up scans and cosmetics, he was still there! Of course, I went past him again. He's just a lowly door technician! I feel bad for the poor guy!
I havent done the double boggdo one but it took me around 35 minutes to beat rayvis and i was stupid enough to go against rancor straight away before even meeting greez took me bout an hour with some extreme raging
Does anyone else wish there was more Rancor encounters in the game? There are only three, Two on Koboh and one on Corusant but other than that it’s a very rare occurrence to find one.
When I saw Rick running at me I got genuinely worried cus I had just got out of a huge room and I was begging for no more enemies as I was on 0 stims and was 1 hit from death
I played on grandmaster and the three fights I struggled with are Dagan, Rayvis, and Bode. Their attack patterns took me a while to get down, each fight took me a good 4 hours
My top 3 hardest would be: 1. Double Bogdo 2. Double Rancors 3. Vader However, here’s a little counterintuitive trick for Double Bogdo: don’t take them one at a time, and use the one that’s waiting as a buffer between you and the one attacking. They take turns attacking when they’re two, but are much more aggressive alone.
I'd say the 3 hardest fights for me are Spawn of Oggdo, The Rancor Force Tear and the Oggdo Tear. I beat Oggdo and the Oggdo Tear on Master and haven't beaten the Rancor Tear on Master yet, turned it down for the completion. I'm trying the Oggdo Tear on GM and I'm getting close but some bad habits are getting me killed. I also had somewhat of a harder time on Bode for Story bosses but did it in like 7 tries on Master.
Your take on rayvis surprised me! I beat him in 2 tries on jedi kngiht and 2 tries on grand master play through. I do use the crossguard stance though, so maybe that helps with him.
I beat the Oggdo duo fight on Jedi grandmaster after like 4 hours, the beat thing to do during the fight is spacing and keeping them both on your screen at all times. Best stances are either blaster or single blade. Hope this helps😅
TOP 5 FOR ME: 5.Rancor(Single) 4.Oggdo Bogdo (Single) 3.Rayvis (Cross Guard) 2.Double Rancor (Cross Guard) 1. Father-Son Oggdos (Blaster) All completed on GrandMaster Difficulty with my stances used to defeat them.
Me personally I put bode at number 1 because during his fight I’d get to the final bit of his last phase then he’d start making up moves, spamming unblockables, and somehow hitting me with said unblockables even if I dodged. The dual oggdo fight I did Jedi knight bc grand master with them is just pure evil that makes the forest in Vietnam seem like childsplay, found it easiest to throw the dual sabers at them every chance I got, then when they’re both at half health use the dark side power up to take them out
Bro u might’ve not put this on the list but ima just say this the golden skriton, (or just skritons in general) look horrifying they might not do a lot but they made me put arachnophobia safety mode on. And I’m some cutscenes u can still see them without the mode on
i played on grand master so here are my rankings 8. ninth sister 7. rancor (spent like 2 hours trying to beat it my first go round and couldnt, it was impossible but became really easy once i got to the double rancor fight so) 6. vader (he was so easy and i dont know why, didnt die once or get close) 5. dagan (also incredibly easy, so predictable, didnt die once to him or get close) --- whole different tier 4. rayvis (died a few times, but a lot of fun) 3. oggdo and his spawn 2. bode --- 1 rick
using the crossguard and blaster stances makes each of the mainline story bosses so much easier. i legit almost beat rayvis on my first try and then did so on the third and i beat the last dagan fight on my fourth all on jedi master. really the hardest boss was vader
It's so funny about the Rick the door technician part. It's a joke that he's hard, but a stupid easy boss. He's just a scout trooper commander with a name.
Rayvvis was difficult for me in GM but mainly because I was specializing in crossguard and DB which are the two worst possible stances to use against Rayvis.
I am not sure Rayvis is hardest of Rancor, maybe because of my skills or because it's my first "Souls like" from a lot of time nor I ever played Fallen Order, but Rancor I've benn happy when I did the half, the first half half of its energy first of been killed, while Rayvis, ok, I've not killed it yet, but I fought against him to times and I arrived at the second half of the fight with 2 steams, that is not that bad for a noob as me. The second Dagan has been strong but, in proportion to the abilities I had, maybe the first meeting has been harder, for, me. However, thi video is very fun! Thanks!
Until Rick the Door Technician, I didn't think any boss was going to be worse than Oggdo JR. or the Rancors. Boy oh Boy!! Was I wrong. My gamer rage was piqued that day with much anguish, tears and gnashing of teeth. Seriously... Rick is on his way to being *THE* most remembered boss of any video game.

9: Ninth sister
8: Every kind of bounty hunter
7: Ranrock
6: Darth Vader
5: Rayvis
4: Dagan Gerra
3: Bode
2: Spawn of Oggos
1: Rick the legend
For the rancor lunge, Ive always just tapped dodge at the perfect time for a perfect evade. This is actually the one attack which I never had trouble evading
I did double Ogdo challenge after double Rancor, so I was much more prepared for it, already mastered the kiting strategy and staying way the fuck away from instakill attacks (GM difficulty). Few things:
-Pretty sure cutting off the tongue is no longer a thing.
Bro I have been on Rick the door technician for days
The gimmick with Vader I found is that he hits fucking HARD most of his hits do around half health sometimes more if you avoid or block that then you’re fine
Rayvis was probably the second easiest boss fight for me. However, the final Dayan Gera was probably much more difficult for me then you found it.
Love your videos
I always found Rick at the door technician to be funny. It will not be in the diary that I was killed by Rick the door technician. Lol
man i dunno if i lucked out but i beat dagan's final fight in one try on GM. maybe cuz i learned all his timings from previous fights, but like he stood no chance against me. his big weakness is if you parry his saber throw it instantly staggers him and zeroes his block meter.
rayvis was tougher but he also had a big weakness i learned to exploit. when he begins his attack chain he'll always be vulnerable to a force pull that will stagger him towards you. you just gotta be quick with the LT so even if he's in your face it'll interrupt his attack. save your slow for when he fires his missiles - then you can pull them out of the air one at a time and throw them back at him.
Jedi grandmaster is where people are struggling it is so much harder and painful
@@jacobchilelli2082 ahhhh gotcha! I cant remember what difficulty Andrew was on
@Bumpkin Inc he was on jedi knight
@@jacobchilelli2082 he should try jedi grand master & go crazy lol
My order is
Rick
9th sister
Vader
Dagan
Rayvis
Bode
Oggdo
Rancor
Dual Oggdo
Dual Rancor
The truck for the last 4 is the blaster stance.
I still ended up getting hit quite a lot, but at that point I had at least 10 stims, so I was able to survive long enough to beat him on master
I am currently playing through the entire game on grandmaster (not new game plus) and I am looking forward to seeing just how brutal spawn of oggdo (and also combined spawn of oggdo and oggdo bogdo) is
Ravis was a 1 try victory for me and bode took 3 turns but really only 2 because i thought i was supposed to resist the pull to the dark and i didnt use the darkside when he was punching my skull in.
Dang gotta make a vid like this on my channel! You are always Da Bomb Andrew!
The 2 Rancor and the 2 ogdobogdo the pest stance and attack is the double bladed saber with the "blade fan attack" deals a ton of damaged
I love your videos

Me to it is amazing ❤❤
Andrew, u r my fav youtuber.
I’m still struggling with Rick the door technician 😭😭😭
I think Rayvis was the hardest Boss, took me 6 hours to beat him on Grand Master, Rick the Door technician has to be second tho.
Bombastic, you’re not the only one Rick door the technician give me nightmares for life
He had us in the first half not gonna lie
Rayvis regenerating health in the second phase on grandmaster was the coolest and most annoying thing…
Honestly agreed, it put a lot of pressure on me to continue dealing blows so he wouldn't regain too much health
My list without force tear:
1. Spawn of Octo Bogdo (forced me to lower my difficulty)
2. Rayvis (beat him on 2nd try but still challenging)
3. Bode (quite challenging but melt his health with dark force)
4. Rancor (died 3 times but i really figured out how to be patient)
Sidenote: *_Damn right its Rick the Door Technician!_*
Rayvis was actually really easy for me on grandmaster. Only took about six attempts. Key is using the auto parry in dual wield stance and reflecting his blaster shots for more force power. Not flashy but it works.
Rick is unmatchable
The number of tries it took me to beat Rick the Door Technician... man, I nearly broke my controller.
It felt lik
I somewhat different beacsue for the hardest fight was with dagan gera, these 2 Blades and him changing stances was incredibly confusing
Rick the Door Technician makes Isshin the Sword Saint look like True King Allant.
I cheesed the hell out of some of these fights on Grandmaster with the bonus damage perk you get in new gsme +
After playing on grandmaster this is my ranking from easiest to hardest:
1. Ninth sister
2. Rancor (he’s very telegraphed and easy to counter if you pay attention and learn his moves)
3. Bedlam lightsaber wielders (not that bad, can be really annoying sometimes at hard difficulties)
4. Dagan 1 (Dagan just sucks because his strings of attacks go for way too long and he’s so difficult to parry on grandmaster)
5. Vader (not really that horrible difficult, you just have to learn his moves and from there it’s easy)
6. Urgost fist of Rayvis (these guys are awful on grandmaster because of the amount of damage they do)
7. Dagan 2 (again just really hard to parry + added annoyance of spinning lightsaber)
8. Dagan 3 (hard to parry + clones are super annoying)
9. Rayvis (dude is a god on grand master and he took me a long time to beat)
10. Bode (grenade dash attack is really hard to dodge + just is difficult in general)
11. Triple Koboh creature boss force tear (suffering)
12. Spawn of Oggdo (nearly broke my controller over this one tbh)
13. Double rancor (it’s difficult because of the fact that can’t see the second rancor half the time so you just are in constant fear that he’s going to grab you)
14. Double Oggdo (horrid, awful, any word to describe bad. It’s overly difficult and the wall is bugged so you can’t fully double jump to avoid an attack if you’re touching the wall)
I’ll leave out the rest of the creature bosses and droid bosses because they really aren’t that difficult
in both of my playthroughs of Jedi Survivor, I left Rick alive and just went up the elevator.
Guys im starting to think his name might be Andrew
Does anyone else wish there was more Rancor encounters in the game?
There are only three,
Two on Koboh and one on Corusant but other than that it’s a very rare occurrence to find one.
When I saw Rick running at me I got genuinely worried cus I had just got out of a huge room and I was begging for no more enemies as I was on 0 stims and was 1 hit from death
Rick the Door Technician is a descendent of Soldier of Godrick. A true Elden Lord
after seeing that all the other boss fights have been ranked low, i realized what number 1 was gonna be and boy did it made me laugh lol
I played on grandmaster and the three fights I struggled with are Dagan, Rayvis, and Bode. Their attack patterns took me a while to get down, each fight took me a good 4 hours
Man really put easy hard and death in order 💀
My top 3 hardest would be:
1. Double Bogdo
2. Double Rancors
3. Vader
However, here’s a little counterintuitive trick for Double Bogdo: don’t take them one at a time, and use the one that’s waiting as a buffer between you and the one attacking.
Rayvis in my opinion was a parry check to time your hits. He is and will be brutal if you even struggle with parries a LITTLE bit.
Your take on rayvis surprised me! I beat him in 2 tries on jedi kngiht and 2 tries on grand master play through. I do use the crossguard stance though, so maybe that helps with him.
No it doesn't you're just good against him
I really hope in the next game they make Rick return with a metal limb and you have to fight this unkillable boss again
Viewers: man TH-cam recs is boring lately
Star Wars Content: *Hello There!*
I beat the Oggdo duo fight on Jedi grandmaster after like 4 hours, the beat thing to do during the fight is spacing and keeping them both on your screen at all times. Best stances are either blaster or single blade. Hope this helps😅
TOP 5 FOR ME:
5.Rancor(Single)
4.Oggdo Bogdo (Single)
3.Rayvis (Cross Guard)
2.Double Rancor (Cross Guard)
1. Father-Son Oggdos (Blaster)
All completed on GrandMaster Difficulty with my stances used to defeat them.
Finally a true boss ranking that recognizes the true glory that is Rick.
I beat Bode 1st try on my 3rd playthrough that I completed yesterday after not playing since last year. I just remembered him being harder
what difficulty
legends say that Rick The Door Technician is 2nd to Palpatine in the imperial ranking of authority, and has single handily defeated the double rancor
Rick the door technician is truly the best boss.
I hope if they add the combat grid thing they bring in all the enemies from the previous game, especially bosses
Me personally I put bode at number 1 because during his fight I’d get to the final bit of his last phase then he’d start making up moves, spamming unblockables, and somehow hitting me with said unblockables even if I dodged. The dual oggdo fight I did Jedi knight bc grand master with them is just pure evil that makes the forest in Vietnam seem like childsplay, found it easiest to throw the dual sabers at them every chance I got, then when they’re both at half health use the dark side power up to take them out
Rick deserves a spot on the tactical guide
Bro u might’ve not put this on the list but ima just say this the golden skriton, (or just skritons in general) look horrifying they might not do a lot but they made me put arachnophobia safety mode on. And I’m some cutscenes u can still see them without the mode on
i played on grand master so here are my rankings
8. ninth sister
7. rancor (spent like 2 hours trying to beat it my first go round and couldnt, it was impossible but became really easy once i got to the double rancor fight so)
6. vader (he was so easy and i dont know why, didnt die once or get close)
5. dagan (also incredibly easy, so predictable, didnt die once to him or get close)
--- whole different tier
4. rayvis (died a few times, but a lot of fun)
3. oggdo and his spawn
2. bode
---
1 rick
using the crossguard and blaster stances makes each of the mainline story bosses so much easier. i legit almost beat rayvis on my first try and then did so on the third and i beat the last dagan fight on my fourth all on jedi master. really the hardest boss was vader
Thanks!
I am pretty sure they made rick supposed to be unbeatable, like run around him
Until Rick the Door Technician, I didn't think any boss was going to be worse than Oggdo JR. or the Rancors. Boy oh Boy!! Was I wrong. My gamer rage was piqued that day with much anguish, tears and gnashing of teeth. Seriously... Rick is on his way to being *THE* most remembered boss of any video game.
Personally I had little difficulty with 9th sister and Rayvis on Jedi Knight level but had to drop to Padawan for Vader and the final fight with Bode. Those two hit like a truck.
The ogdo bogdo and bode had me struggling the most lol
Rayvis, the Rancor, and Bode took me an hour and a half each. I swear it was so glitchy I started to doubt I'd ever defeat Bode
