    This and the Muzio Gambit.
    All I need is an opponent to play g6 after Nf3.

      Muzio was mentioned to me yesterday, this is confirmation I should look into it. Thx

      @@jewnersey7413 it is a very good gambit. Its Triple variant is amazing, but I always forget the lines. More difficult is the opponent playing g5 after Nf3.

      Yeah I see a lot of d6 in the King's Gambit when I play it. I get pretty excited anytime I see them move the g-pawn and I get to play some of the more "fun" variations for white.

      @@thekidd2189 well, that's what I said.
      Yeah, but it is very OP if they fall into it

    At 7:42, how would white respond if black played pawn to g3?

    You should review the Nodirbek vs Carlsen world rapid 2021 game. It was absolutely amazing.

    Would knight f7 work as you are creating a fork and have a chance to take a rook 2:25

    • @chesswebsite
      @chesswebsite  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is a fork but white is in a tough spot after black respond with Qe7 and then d5. If the bishop retreats then black has Nxe4 with big attacks coming. If white plays something like d3, then the bishop falls, and white is going to have to deal with some difficult lines from black.

  • @Ventcis

    Why you didn't play Nf7 instead of Bf7? Is the perfect fork in my opinion.
