okay edit since everyone is pissed. i commented this *two years ago* with limited information about her. if she’s had any health issues in recent years how the hell would i have known about that when i commented it. i was trying to be supportive of her choice for body modifications.

Also it's important you keep taking deep breaths you don't want it to settle in your chest (the last bit I edited I can't tell you if the last bit is true it's just something my grandma used to tell me) I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I'd never EVER recommend or endorse the removal of ribs or the high number of surgeries for aesthetic purposes, but it's her body, and at the end of the day, the best we can do is simply listen to others and try our best to understand and accept them. Out of all 250 surgeries, the eye colour “contact” under/in the eye is the only one that makes me sick!! I know this is an old video and I havent caught up on Pixee’s journey, but I pray shes had them removed!! Contacts that sit atop the eye are so much safer agh!!! Everyone I’ve heard of that has these in eye implants done, has to get them removed and it’s common with the procedures to become blind because the implant constantly rubs away at a crucial part of the eye. In the best cases, patients become only partially sight impaired. I believe that people are free to do what they like with their bodies and she’s free to modify herself, but having those implants will cause her more trouble in the long term. I know other surgeries she’s had done possibly have bad side effects attached to them too but, even though I’m not too well informed, I feel as though those implants can and will impact her life more than any other surgery, in a way she can’t come back from. I’m hoping for her x

Sedona Myers Yeah I understand that she may know but a lot of the time- all of the time- they don’t fully go into the extent of the risks, that’s all. Tattoos on your skin can’t make you go blind. As I expressed I do not disagree with her body modifications because that’s how she wants to express herself and live life, then fine. I’m worried because the risk of having a Bright Ocular implant is that you could lose one of your 5 senses. And loosing one of those is liveable, but life changing. Going blind in the span of of one week as the contact lens rubs away at the inside of your eye is something I dont wish on anyone, hence my comments here. Thank you for replying 😊

I dont care if it comes off as judging.. but there is something that needs to be said about the fact that she was willing to have hundreds of invasive surgeries, one being a surgery that removed ribs designed to protect internal organs. I'm not judging her... but like removing 6 ribs? That's not healthy and if I was her I would be VERY worried about my future. Like everyday I would be scared to die! I personally don't think it's beautiful having such a small waist. Specially since it's not even natural. She removed 6 ribs to get to that point. I'm honestly very worried for her.

It's not just unhealthy, it's completely unnecessary. Corseting cinches your waist in BELOW the ribcage. Cathy Jung has the smallest waist in the world from corseting and it's the circumference of a CD/DVD; you can't go much (if at all) smaller than that, and ribs have nothing to do with it.
Cessily you'll see that tightlacers begin to appear segmented, with a big outward curve above and below the waist. A more natural looking silhouette is where the ribcage narrows until it reaches the waist. Cathie Jung and anyone cinched below the ribs could not achieve that silhouette. That's why the rib removal was necessary for her desired Barbie or natural sort of silhouette.

Never realized how beautiful of a person guy tang is until this video. I’ve been a fan of his work but he is truly beautiful inside and out
I don't understand why someone would put themselves through so much PAIN. I'm not complaining about the amount of surgeries, but I'm shocked by her pain tolerance and persistance to get more done. Having done 1 facial procedure myself for medical reasons, I can say the recovery was the worst experience of my life.
I've seen Pixee interviewed in the past - but this was so great. She's actually so real and down to earth in her views and outlook on life; those that critisize her and are severly judgemental I feel are being so because of envy, jealousy or simply misunderstanding her as the woman she is. Wonderful job Guy....your humanity, heart and talent shine!

I wonder the how much of plastic surgery is artistic expression and how much of it is a lack of self love. A lot of people who are beautiful get surgery because they can't see it. I don't think thats healthy to support, whereas if its an artistic desire, I'm all for it. But that begs the question where is that line drawn?
While I agree with you, I don't think this applies to Pixee at all. In fact, I think she represents the 0.001% of cases where plastic surgery can be, in my eyes, beautiful. I think it's sad when people feel the need to 'fix' themselves, as if something was wrong with them in the first place, but if you've been following Pixee you would know that this is her passion and her art. It's clear that her exploration of body-modification is pure expression. I also think that if Pixee chose a more mainstream look like Grace Neutral, this would be more apparent and people would have less of a problem with her.
I agree about Pixee I wasn't saying she's not artistic I was just wondering because of what guy was saying in the video. i don't think it's a black and white issue especially with social media pressure these days
Welp you couldn't stop her and insulting her would drive her further and make her miserable either way. So support or ignore and the options with you doing the leserver damage. And harassing her with medical facts would just get insulting after the first dozen, even when nicely done. So I'd say not targeting her, or anyone, and simply explaining to everyone, so you get potential risks and people who are self hating, about the difference and how far is too far. Like back alley cooking oil injections, deadly, fucks you up worse, and just too far. Implants, ok, can be safe and not as deadly by a long shot. So you cover your bases, don't push anyone or harass anyone, and you still give others the freedom to do as they please with their own body.
The line is drawn by the person receiving surgery on their own body. If someone has the means to be able to do what they want, whether it'd be temporarily change their look with clothes, contacts, and makeup, or permanently change their appearance with surgery, it's not for an outsider to question or decide--as long as that person is not risking their health or life. Pixee is completely healthy: physically and mentally, and we, as people who do not personally know Pixee, have no right to judge that. I respect your opinion and I'm only sharing mine, but anything is art. Anything *can* be art and if her expression is through her appearance, then so be it.

I understand the need for accepting others through peace and tolerance. But just like any other addiction, food, drug, alcohol, e.t.c., there still needs to be a wake up call from those around that person. We are not going to say just accept this drug addict as they are, we are going to continually speak on how that addiction is decaying their life and seek potential treatment options for them, out of concern. She and the male barbie are no different, their body dysmorphia disorder has ignited this addiction with "looking perfect" so they have and will continue to go through extreme measures even if it means harming their bodies permanently because their are addicted to "looking perfect". Im not saying that plastic surgery is bad, I am saying that having 50 plus cosmetic surgeries and counting on one person should not be accepted, it is not who they are, its the character their are trying to mask their true selves with, and it poses as a danger to them, the more extreme they want to go.
Alcoholics and drug addicts cause harm to a society. They cause accidents and mishaps. Her on the other hand is doing it to herself, she isn’t involving or hurting anybody with her body dysmorphia. Not to say it is right, but we should not compare her to drug addicts or extreme alcoholics. Plus it’s ultimately her choice (if it ruins her life), as long as she doesn’t disrupt the community I think people should stop giving her shit for it.
It’s funny how many mental disorders and other addictive things people do are celebrated even though it’s super harmful and they need professional help.

This girl may be sweet, but obviously has serious mental illness. Removing 6 ribs is wrong. The "doctor" that actually would perform such a surgery is a butcher. These surgeries will cause her serious medical issues and early death. Her surgery addiction is as bad as drug addiction. So I can't celebrate her uniqueness. I am so sad for this beautiful girl killing herself. It is not expression. It is body dysmorphia. So sad!!!

The ones that I am angry with are the greedy doctors who will mutilate a young girl because she gives them money. These types of surgery (removing ribs for cosmetic reasons) are disgusting, and should be banned!
Any surgeon with morals should have refused to do such a brutal procedure. It is unethical. As a medical professional, I believe in the hippocratic oath. Doctors should not cause harm!!

Aesthetically, I hate the way plastic surgery looks. Nor would I ever consider it "normal." However, I don't think it's rational to expect people who live in an advanced civilization to do nothing outside of normal. We're free to do what we want, and I see no purpose on hating people like this. Also, that one lady speaks truth about women hurting other women. It's not the media, it's not men, it's us.

I think you hate how extreme plastic surgery looks like, because I just had 3 face surgerys and you can't even tell. There were small procedures just to fix some things but I look like me and no plasticy at all. Im not hating those who want to look like that tho.

chamuka_ I doubt it. I'm not a fan of subtle stuff either. I actually like large noses for example and other unique features. I think it makes people more distinguished. But that's just me and what I like to look that. I'm an artist, so I'm drawn to features that make for a good drawing.

Does she have body dysmorphia disorder? I am diagnosed with it and alot of others diagnosed with it gets alot of surgery done because they don’t feel beautiful and often obsess with how they look like. She is really beautiful already, she seems like a really kind and genuine women, I hope she is happy❤️

I have it too, but Pixie swears up and down that she doesn’t and that she has an end goal in mind. It’s hard to say. I won’t judge though. She is a really sweet girl and unfortunately she gets a lot of negative comments which aren’t helpful whether she has BDD or not. You know?
Old comment, I know, but for anyone still wondering: I doubt it because she is fully aware of how extreme she is, and she said herself she wants to look cartoony. Everyone knows that most cartoons have extreme proportions. As an example, most underweight anorexics see themselves as fat, and they just want to be skinny and normal. Pixee knows she doesn't look (by standard definition) normal. These are theories, but they are the most likely theories in my opinion.

I'm all for being an individual. It's not that I hate what these women are deciding to do with their bodies, it's that I don't want a future where beauty is only something that you have to pay for. I can barely afford a haircut. When I see these women with gorgeous hair and big boobies, I'm not going to lie, I'm jealous. Not jealous because I want to be like them, but jealous because they set unrealistic standards and spend money on aesthetics when the rest of us are barely scrapping enough for an education.

It's hard to learn to admire something without projecting it negatively to themselves in some way but if you realise that, you get happy faster because you can enjoy something/someone without feeling bad about yourself

That’s the lip injections. A lot of people have issues speaking because of swelling and the large injections. The only time rhinoplasty makes you sound like that is if you just got it and you had extreme swelling

The corset wouldnt affect her eating habits, trust me, i wear one as well but more for back support(scoliosis). The corset does provide her a bit more back support and helps promote good posture.
I have worn a corset for the last 15 years and it does not affect eating at all.

It is truly sad to write off obvious body dysmorphic disorder as unfairly judging these poor girls. its simply doing them a disservice, just as much as making fun of them or the other extreme of idolizing them.
& What about transgender community? That is a dysphoric disorder. Wanting to change the body to match how the mind is. It's not fair to other types of dysphoria to not be able to become comfortable with their body but its ok for transgenders to change to become comfortable with their self.

Even a hysterectomy can have complications because it shifts the other organs around. Things are in their place for a reason. the human body is incredible why would you want to risk it to look like a non human doll? Life is too short enjoy your good health while you have it. ellie Anorexia and bulimia are mental health conditions. That absolutely can be exacerbated by seeing stuff like this. I should know, i struggled with anorexia as a teen. I did chose to starve myself but i absolutely did not choose to have a crippingly distorted sense of self image.
