Basic to Advanced PvE Combos for Wind KFM, slow motion is also shown after most combos so you can see better. The LB F combo (outside SB / badge) needs very good / stable ping, if you can't get it to work use the 2 LB F one instead.
To perform the combos in this video you will need the following skill specs:
Swift Strike - Move 1 (the 2 LB F combo needs Hongmoon tier learned)
Straight Jab - Move 1 (the LB F combo needs Hongmoon tier learned)
Comet Strike - Move 1 or 3
Searing Palm - Move 1
Smite - Move 1 (to proc Searing Palm)
Flurry - Move 1 or 2 (to proc Searing Palm)
"SoulBurn" is a party buff only Warlock is able to cast.
For Aggro spec you need the following moves:
Flying Slam - Move 1
Counter - Move 2
Tremor - Move 2
Comet Strike - Move 3

If you don't tank you can just start with BB + Tremor + dps. If you tank just spec tremor aggro and start with tremor.
With Aransu badge I start with avenging fist (1 > rb), then X, tremor + bb and start dpsing.
Without Aransu badge you can just start with RB (if magnum badge), and bb + tremor and comet spam / dps.

Hiya Shiro, big fan. I'm using Magnum/Skyrift right now, but hopefully getting Aransu soon (tm). Should I switch out Magnum when I do? Also, does Aransu proc with Magnum? (As in, with Magnum, SP 1 is applied on Guiding Fist, so does that proc Aransu's Shenlong Form?) Thanks!
Magnum doesn't proc Aransu however you will still use Magnum for applying Searing Palm even when on cd. You can easily just do RB > X > X to get an instant stage 2 AND Aransu proc, even when searing palm on cd
Awesome; right now I'm rushing SP 4 every time it runs out so I can R-F, which takes like 2-3 seconds I'm not dps-ing efficiently, but with Aransu do you stack each stage every 10 secs since F isn't dependent on R crits anymore?

Yes get Magnum. The skills in U are important for your dps, mainly LB (cheap), Swift Strike (expensive), and Comet Strike (kinda cheap)
Counter is also really, really good but not for dps, more to make tanking and surviving much easier (can finally block multi hit attacks with it)

1. My sever is raven patch now, what is the best way to build ss, full raven or raven mix msp and how to mix them?
2. As tanker, Should i block all the attacks of boss, or just the attacks with cc? How to move to optimize dps as tank without letting friends in danger.
3. What is dps rotation? How to incoporate 4 and v or other skills into combo after cooldown.
4. In which case should i active SP 4? Or just wait until each stage nearly end?
1. It depends if you got the SS changes or not yet. Does your MSP 3 set increase Cyclone by 35% or 25%? If it's 35%, better to mix 3 msp 5 raven. If it's 25%, go full raven.
It doesn't matter what you mix, they have same stats (just msp a bit lower)
2. Block only CC hits and those that hit hard. You can also move away from an attack while you keep dpsing boss, but make sure you go back to original position before boss starts next attack, so you don't annoy your party. This depends a lot on experience and a specific boss and its attacks.
3. You can just use 4 and V off cooldown, unless you know enemy is gonna move or start a phase where you can't hit, then save your V ofc.
4. Just activate each sp stage slowly, if you get an resist with C or Q/E don't hesitate to apply more searing palm. But spamming other searing palm procs just to get stage 4 might be DPS loss so don't do it.

With BT soulshield (at least 3 set) and Skyrift badge, 4f spam. Anything else, rf

Sometimes that happens to me too when I mess up just go a bit slower in that case.
Any tip on how to perform the lb 2 lmb f ani-cancel? Are you supposed to hold lmb while pressing 2 and f or ?
If normally you have trouble with 2nd LB registering then yes try holding it, but it works fine for me without holding.
I am having troubles with performing the second 2 after i hit lmb after 1st cyclone. Half of the time it doesn't register it and just keeps on lmb-ing :( i guess my timing is just off, but i don't think it should be that perfect for it to register..idk
It doesnt have to be that perfect but maybe your rhythm is not how it's supposed to be. 2 shouldn't be a problem, only LMB since you spam it.
Shiro, ur burst rotation with 5 raven bopae n skyrift badge 4rf etc, but what about 8 julia bopae+aransu badge rotation?
n one more question about bopae. 5 raven 3 julia or wait till 8 julia?
With VT ss and badge just LB F as usual there's no burst combo (other than using bb)
I waited for full VT but the cd reduction on bb might be worth it for group.

I still use magnum until next ToI season when I'll get Sacred Tree (+ Alluvion)

4 some reason I still run out of focus when doing lmb> 2> lmb> f combo? I don't have the asura ember skill unlocked and i use the 1st swift strike option (the one that takes two focus).
is it possible I'm missing the lmb before the f (like i'm pressing f to early causing lmb to whiff or something)
It is possible but also if you don't crit your LBs you will run out of focus eventually.

If you look in combat log it did hit xD
with skyrift and magnum. is it better to go stage 2 sp tremor tab and then go straight from 2 to 4 when bb is over or go to stage 4 sp v tab then rush it when bb is over
Don't rush stage 4, with raid gear you get like 90% crit chance as it is, and spamming searing palm is dps loss

Since you don't use comet at all with VT badge, MSP is 5% more dmg on cyclone kick compared to raven now, so it's better. But to be honest that 5% won't change anything so just go with whatever set you have easier to get.
i have both set 3 msp and 3 raven
the thing is 3 set raven give bonus damage for comet . so i thought i could use like 4-r-f to benefit from comet threat also . what do u think about this
Yeah you could, until you get full set VT maybe comet might be useful for threat

shiro senpai, pls answer ma question... i playin kfm too and i love using wind element, but the problem is, i have high ping like 300 - 430, when im tankin the boss sometime i died or the boss aggro another ppl.. and they always call me "DUMB" bcs i cant be a good tank.. they always said " just playin Flame element if u have high ping" buttt i really dont like flame element, it was not fun:( the answer is, i dunno what must i do? i keep play wind or change into flame? wind element so much ffuunnn:(
Your ping is very high for KFM I'm not sure if even Flame will be better for that ping

Our newly opened server in Vietnam has it, 23ap with +35ap in 6s and1min cd. Many oldbies from NA said that is impossible but then a random guy just rekt them with the 40k dps clip with that gear lol
if u also use weapon Meteor + 9 up, you can reach 40k, but maybe you can not with zakhan, i think so . lol

I don't know what I did wrong but I keep losing agrro as a tank.
If you used all aggro buffs I mention at the end, maybe you lack gear compared to your party and don't do enough damage. Those aggro buffs don't guarantee your aggro, they just increase your damage significantly aggro-wise, so you still have to do damage to keep aggro.

Most raid accessories (ring, earring and necklace) come in element, for example a ring with Wind Damage, or Necklace with Fire damage on it.
There's also an obsidian gem (black) that improves only one specific element.

The target crosshair? It's custom class based one, for KFM it's about searing palm and stacks. You can enable it in options

No macro but I took several tries to get them all perfect in this video, I don't always do it perfectly
In every clips you execute almost perfect combo all the time,
I play KFM for secondary character (everyday) but still cant make it flow like that

I've seen only a few people at HM20 but if you consistently play as he probably has, and with only 1 class, you'll get there eventually. (Probably since release and played 4+ hours a day daily)

If it's in-game shown ms, that's good it's same as my ping.
If it's your VPN or BNSBuddy saying that ping then I don't think so, it's too high.

Anyone know which kfm hongmoon skills are most important?
For PvE > Straight Jab, Swift Strike Mastery, Volume 4 for Comet, and Volume 2 for PvE counter (VERY nice so you can block multi hit attacks)
For PvP > Rising Dragon is a must have (but expensive), then Counter (both), then others aren't so important but Volume 3 for swift strike / gale fist is pretty neat. And Royal Zen bean for Comet.
Question about wind build swift strike, does getting swift strike mastery allow you to use 2rf without worrying about running out of focus(assuming 54%+ crit chance)? Also is there any end-game gear that allows better focus management so focus isn't an issue for 2rf?
It looks like swift strike mastery needs asura ember, does that even drop in sog lament in normal mode? (Hard mode got removed for this dungeon). It's currently going for 500-600g+ on marketplace.
It does drop but drop rate is insanely small, don't farm it. Better farm other things to sell and buy it from market.
The swift strike mastery helps with focus but it won't completely let you 2rf unless you crit 100%. You will still need r2rf when running out of focus (well, there's also other things generating focus, like searing palm, but still)

What do you mean with hongmoon tier?
There are special ways to get better effects on a few skills. Check the top left book icon of some skills, if it's red it means Hongmoon tier is not activated.
Check the Achievements > Character > Skills to see how to unlock them.
Oh, I thought you meant something else.. I've only heard people call it unlock hongmoon skills. :P
i love the playstyle of wind kfm , how long did it take you to get used to canceling ?
PvE combo is not so hard but PvP one with Shin Kick took me a lot to get used to

LMB. Also rf (lb f) doesn't require very good ping. It requires stable ping. it's bread and butter ani-cancel that you need to learn as wind KFM.
LMB (cheap), and Swift Strike (expensive)
Comet is also nice and kinda cheap, and Counter is more of a luxury but amazing quality of life
Don't bother with Rising Dragon (offals) in PvE, take it last.

Yes in that order, although I'd place Swift Strike 2nd or 3rd, before counter anyways.

Ah okay, was just asking since I see a lot of people get mad if I join in their dungeon and I'm fire spec. I tried wind but I'm new so I don't feel comfortable learning boss mechanics and trying to dodge. Tried binding my strafe to mouse buttons to make it easier but it didn't work for some odd reason.
as far as I know both fire and wind do the same dps or almost same at max gear. just ignore them and play whatever you like the most.
