Rare Hasbro WWF Dusty Rhodes figure variant, painted wrong or faded?

Hello wrestling fans, in this video the tag team champions of wrestling figures D.A.S. take a look at the Hasbro release of Dusty Rhodes.
We had one about then when we were in the Dasbro vault we found another two, but one is different from the other two. This is not a custom nor has it been repainted. Look at the boots, yellow, not white?? Check out the video and let us know your thoughts.
