    doing this everyday to prepare for my schools danceline tryouts and help with dance!!
    day seventeen (12 february 2024)
    I love this because every time i go to dance or baton, i hear “ams2917, point your feet,” or “ams2917, point your toes” and i always struggle to do so because it’s usually the last the thing on my mind. I even tried walking around normally with pointed feet but it didn’t help and just hurt all day. Thank you for this exercise!

    Hey Kayleen! I am a new dancer and i started when i was kinda old (im 15). I find your videos really helpful with my technique since I cant actually go to a studio. I was wondering if you could make a video on dance terminology and beginner tricks to add some flare to your routines??

      Hey! I'm happy to hear that! And you're not that old ;)
      I can do that! It will probably be next month or so :)

    Could you do a video on how not to sickle? I always get sickle corrections but cannot seem to fix it. It doesn’t make sense to my brain and I don’t think my ankles are strong enough to not sickle or something?

    I can't actually point my toe down?? I don't understand, my big toe doesn't go down, should I just stretch it out?

    Do you recommend a foot stretcher

    • @KayleenBabel
      @KayleenBabel  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't see any real harm in it if you don't over-do it, but if I had to choose between strength or stretching, I would almost always choose strength exercises! A foot stretcher might be helpful if you're just unhappy with the flexibility of your feet :)
