If you watch closely, you can see movement coming from the top right, heading diagonally down towards the van. I’m unable to tell where it was before entering the screen.

The man falling next to the van had jumped from the overpass above. The dashcam was most likely filming at 10 or 15 frames per second. The man was falling so fast, the camera wouldn't record him until he hit the ground.
I think he fell out of the vans window. If you slow it down, and watch closely, he apesrs right at the window then falls. If he had fallen from the overpass, chances are that he wouldn’t have been able to get up. I watched it on a 53” screen, at the slowest motion, and there’s no doubt in my opinion that he was fooling around hanging out of the window and tumbled onto the pavement. Of course, it’s only an opinion. The only thing I will guarantee is that he didn’t “appear” suddenly on the ground, he was obviously recovering from falling, and like you said, the driver was quite aware he was there, when if someone appeared at the wheel well, he wouldn’t have even seen the person and stopped.
@@Johnathon10 He didn't just appear at the wheel well. He fell from the overpass and the driver saw him falling. The dashcam records at a very low frame rate. The camera was most likely between frames as the man began to fall and first caught his image about half way through the fall.
You can see him come into frame high on the right , move quickly through the frame and land in front to the side of the van
There seemed to be two shadows not just the one.
He bounced good!

I've always wondered how a top secret military base is known by almost everybody in the world and we also know it's exact location, it makes me wonder if this is just a red herring and the real base is properly hidden elsewhere

Area 51 was a secret location for many many years. It's just recently that the government finally let gave in to pressure and admitted it existence.
There was a time when someone successfully snuck footage, but not of anything good. The next time everything was gone. If it was so top secret, then we wouldn't be seeing it on Google maps.
I doubt that many top secret bases stay in the same place for long except for maybe certain underground facilities or those carved out inside of mountains.
They let us use our imagination. Let us build our own fantastical ideas of the power of our government. If we're wrong or if we're right it doesn't matter much to them. It's the perception of power.

In times when cell phone cameras shoot in 4k, there are always blurred and shaky videos that are taken for granted...
If you play it in slow motion, especially when it is played in reverse, you can see the man is a blurry grey object that lands on the hood of the van and streaks back up. You can definitely see a large blurry object falling down and then quickly being stopped by the hood of the van. I believe someone was hanging from the overpass and fell down on the hood of the van and then immediately slid off onto the road. Again, it is easier to see it in reverse and in slow motion.
Why would the black van stop if the man appeared alongside. The driver never would have seen him appear there.

I doubt that they'd allow Google Maps overhead photography, unless it's nothing. It's a government building, for chrissakes. I can't even fly my drone JUST because I live an exit away from the airport.
Also, note that you can actually request that Google pixilate things for privacy. If ever that were pertinent, that would most certainly be here.

1. What vehicle has lights that point to the side.
2. It's only the left side, exactly where he lands
3. He shows up before the white streak finishes
4. The white streak lands in a different spot

The man in the first frame, fell from the bridge above the van. The camera recording, wasn't recording at a high frame rate and with the rain, gives the illusion of suddenly just appearing out of nowhere.

Skeptics have misused the word so much that it has basically changed it's overall meaning in order to dismiss any evidence that may not be explained so easily. I grew up in a trailer park across from the South Gate of Area 51. Used to ride my dirt bikes in the desert surrounding it. Never saw aliens but they would do some kind of testing underground a lot of the time. Weapons testing we always thought. When a strong blast would go off the army engineers would show up and ask if we had damage (like cracked ceilings or broken windows) if so they would fix it .

The “army brat” reunion was in Phoenix about 15 years ago. One of the men was named Tom and he lived with his wife not too far from Las Vegas. I asked what he did for a living. He said he worked at Area 51. I was curious so I asked if he could share anything that goes on there with me. I knew he probably couldn’t but thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask.
His wife laughed and said they’d been married for twelve years and she stopped asking him how work went because she knew absolutely nothing about what goes on, because he’d been sworn to secrecy and hadn’t talked about anything that happens there in the 13 years they’d known each other. Not even anecdotes about his coworkers. It was pretty much name, rank and serial number and that was it. I found that weird because my husband shared everything with me at the end of the day. She’d learned not to even ask anymore. He said “I could tell you everything, but then I’d have to kill you” and we laughed but now I’m not so sure he didn’t mean it.
The robots at area 51 is just stuff lying around. If it was standing it would cast a shadow like the rectangular building. Thats how I see it

Nah, I have a friend who is a mid level employee there. What he says is that retail stores are more organized and on top of things. The whole US Government is a jumbled tangled mess to the point that nobody knows what the next person is doing and if he wanted he could spend his entire career doing nothing and no one would know.
The creepiest stuff is going on in buildings we don't know about. Its misdirection on a grand scale, in magic you make the audience watch one hand while the other goes to work. In the military its not uncommon for commanders to arrange a dummy attack on one location while sending the main force to the real objective. When people say dont believe everything you see, listen.

You can actually see him walking on top of the bridge falling from probably a construction whole and an opening of some kind. It's a pixel camera and you cannot see him at top at first because he's falling
@jordan5221 he probably fell from the bridge. A low resolution camera aimed mainly at ground level wouldn't pick up a human falling because of the angle and speed at which a person would fall, making it seem like he appeared out if no where.
If he was under the bridge getting out of the rain and fell it would have been tougher to see

The only thing that comes to mind about the tall robots is a dream I had years ago. I saw men working, preparing for something. I watched what looked like a man walking up to a full skid of material. His arms shot out like forks on a fork lift, and he picked up the skid. He turned and started walking towards where I was hiding. As he got closer, he grew and transformed before my eyes. It was about 30 feet tall and looked like a transformer. Strangest thing ever. Cheers

Conclusion.. Only the first case with the van,( if is considered genuine) , is really an abnormal situation that demands further search

I live in a very rural part of Louisiana, have found arrowheads by my back door that have been analyzed as 4-9,000 years old so I've seen unexplainable, creepy shit to say the least.. and the little man. And if I saw it again to look away. idk wtf encounter he had but he's very much a no nonsense type of man... Maybe it's an extent further of fucking with me but still..ik what I saw and there's no scientific explanation. I have a few other encounters...they keep me up at night. My aunt is no drama, no bullshit, few words and am avid fisherman. We casually mentioned mermaids one time and she tells us they are real and she has seen one. I then jokingly ask about Bigfoot and she just said she don't know because she's never seen one, only a mermaid.
My best friend is Scottish on both sides, born in New York and ended up in Texas. She told me once that she actually saw a leprechaun when she was nine. She described what he was wearing, etc., and said no one believed her. I've asked her over the last 25 years to tell me about it, again and again, and her story has always been exactly the same, she doesn't know why or how it happened, but still is adamant that it happened. I believe her, she has a degree in marine biology and is a scientist, works in the medical field. She is always skeptical and intent on getting the facts. She still says it happened, and that she can't explain it at all.

The first video. If you watch the top right hand of the video as the person fall onto the street a white light falls. Like he was cast out or he figured out how to open portals…. I’ve been meditating for a while now and I feel like I can open portals. I call BS too because if you watch the far right of the screen just past the boy on the right's shoulder. What is in the corner? I can't tell what it is but it looks like there is a little square window at the shoulder height of the boy and it looks to me like there is another boy in there. Could he be operating the tiny.......thing??? by remote control? Is it a door with a window or is it just a picture taped to the front side of the door? I don't know but, in any case, the little figure came from there, so they could have had it staged behind the door and we can't see who is filming so someone else may be operating a remote control behind the camera person.

So, the re: first incident: there has to be some missing element from this dash cam video, because the driver of the black van stopped at the same time the person supposedly“just appeared”.
What gives it away that there is explanatory missing detail(s), is that there is *no way* that driver would have even *known to stop* otherwise. Because the van is moving so quickly, it’s already *past* the point where that person would have even been visible to the person *to stop*!
So, I’m thinking the video of the person that just appeared on the road, supposedly out of nowhere, is possibly somehow a video feed shown over a video feed.
If you look at the left side of the screen at about 1.21 another person just appears out of nowhere just as the man falls in front of the truck. And he seems to be looking in that direction

Regarding the photog of the man who was about to be hit by the van on the highway, I saw a lighting object came from the sky from the right side of the photog and hit the ground just milliseconds before the appearance of that man. I hope to see the photog again to be sure of what I mentioned.

The man fell from the overpass. There is cctv footage from other angles if you search this on TH-cam. How did you not notice the overpass? Why wasn't this even an option for him "appearing from a portal?" Like what?
