This has happened to me too in life. When I kept to myself and minded my business that's when people judged me the most and projected their own ideas of who I was onto me, even if those ideas weren't accurate.

I'm so glad she's speaking about ketamine assisted psychotherapy. My mom works in the field as a psychotherapist and it is so incredibly helpful ketamine gets a bad rep because people use it on the street as a party drug but fentanyl is used as a medication in the hospital but all we think of when we hear that name now is people overdosing on the street so I'm so glad people are bringing more positive awareness to something that has been saving lives. Awesome interview!

Regarding Christianity, I’m a believer, but I’m open minded and understand why some people might be Atheist. The proof of God is the gift of the Holy Spirit which is a real thing, btw. I believe God gave all of us a choice whether to believe or not though. I also question things in the Bible, as well as, the issue surrounding sexuality.
I don’t believe God hates everyone who isn’t considered straight. I know this isn’t normal Christianity, but I believe God loves all souls equally regardless of who we love or mate with. That’s why our bodies decay and only the soul goes to heaven.
The body is only a vehicle for the soul. Does God love us less if our bodies aren’t whole when we’re born? No. I’ll answer to God on judgment day if I’m wrong. The greatest commandment is LOVE.
Love Amber with the love of God and I pray that the Holy Spirit envelops her.

I just lost my childhood friend to alcoholism. We went on vacation out of the country, & the 2nd day we were there my mom called & said that they hadnt heard from him in a few days, so his father called a police welfare check, where he was found deceased, with alcohol bottles around him. He had been sober for 2 years. Addiction does NOT discriminate. 💔 My thoughts & prayers are with everyone fighting their own demons, or those who have friends & family who are as well. Know you are worthy of more, & your friends & family love you no matter what. We just want better for you, bc we see the better in you. ❤ 🙏🏻

I’ll never forget meeting amber at an event in Austin when she released her sunglasses line. You were able to take a picture and get an autograph. The line was soooo long and she had a cut off time, she stayed longer so she could meet everyone in line! She was so kind, she asked me questions about myself and where I lived and how I liked it in Austin. She was truly genuine! I still admire her for that day! I love that she still walks in her truth of who she is because she truly is a beautiful person inside and out!

This interview made me cry bc I feel exactly like Amber. I wasn't raised to be vulnerable. No one sees me as it either. They see the complete opposite of vulnerability. I work on my mental health as well.
That's the issue ppl always see certain women as only strong. You can be strong and also vulnerable. Black women, women of certain socioeconomic backgrounds deserve to be treated well and soft.

Depression is real. I would not have believed depression was real until I felt I wanted to kill myself. Amber says it best, you don’t want to kill yourself, but you have that feeling which is most scary. And the feeling that you are working, eating with your family, shopping, etc. and there’s this black cloud over your head. The feeling is the worst feeling in the world. God bless you Amber. Once more, Amber Rose shines with her empowering presence! Like many, I suffered from major depression, still am but much better. I felt the sting of loss from my best friends, i lost my three foundation friends the first 8 months, and my family's political differences created a rift between us, leaving me isolated. A year of solitude passed until a incredible human noticed my absence and hopped a plane to check on me. The weight of depression is indescribable, far beyond common misconceptions. Access to healthcare was my turning point, although financial hurdles led to setbacks with a less supportive doctor. But remember, our struggles fortify us, preparing us to uplift others. To anyone in hardship, know that you are not alone, and there is no shame in seeking support.
