Ailzonius in that first game was just apparently always destined to come out. Was able to be safe from the discard and mass removal!

another good game, also did you guy try out the card Agira the warlord crawler for your warlord deck

We thought about it. When it comes to secondary threats, we would prefer to play Petrova over Agira. I can see cutting a Kolon and a Merfolk for either of the two though.

in game 1, why not hit the awe that was placed in shields while ailzonous had no creatures?

It could have been Surfer/Kolon as well, and he was already low on shields.

Definitely could have taken the chance but I am very risk-averse, perhaps to my own detriment. 😅
