Anyway if it exists it's placement will be similar as cse. Because all cse related branch has similar placement stat
Bhai, i am doing currently btech in cse from tier 3 , i am learning skills, but i got some backs in btech , if i clear all those and get rank in gate ,can i get good package in mtech in cse, please reply your answer, i ned this.
I had a back in my first sem and I didot face any issue. So dont worry. But yes try to not having much backs and a good CGPA. That would be helpful in future.

No mostly Btechs are hired by HFTs, in all IITs including IIT-Kgp
Does b tech Aggregate matters for taking admission for masters in IIT or iisc ya direct gate score ke basis pe admission milta hai.
Nope Only Gate score, Btech ka bas ek minimum cutoff clear karna padhta hai like 60%

Nope it won't matter much...in any top institute if you are pursuing mtech, companies look for skills. If you have it, they will recruit it.

Aur btech walo ka behaviour kaisa hota hai
Bhedbhav aise to kuch nhi hai, but yes Btech feel they are superior. Ab usse tumhe kya lena dena, koi kuch bhi soche. Tum join karo, courses karo job lo nikal jao. Simple. Officially there is no bhedbhav or discrimination.

Does the course chosen in BTech Matter to choose CSE in Mtech?
For example, if or completes mechanical engineering in BTech and attempts Gate CS, can the person get admission for Mtech CSE
No it doesn't matter. If you crack gate in cse, you can join mtech in cse
