@@bhawanikhadka9438 You have to take IELTS before you apply for scholarship , for scholarship programs , the IELTS band can be much higher , so better to prepare yourself to get overall 7 for the Masters Degree with not less than 6 in all the band.

PG ko lagi university or college which is better for getting visa?
It depends on your application which means matching your previous educational background, stable financial condition and intention to return back to home country but not with choosing either college or university.
Note: Getting admission to university is obviously difficult than college.

Hi, yes I have seen few people got visa approved for double masters. Write a sop with proper explanation on why you are opting for second masters.

You need to have great academics above 75- 80 percent and great IELTS and there are a lot of scholarship schemes in university
You must check in website of university to find more about it , For Masters and PHD , you have to contact department professor

Bro I don't know who this PG guy is but if he thinks PG is same level as Master's then he is dreaming. Check the faculty of these PG courses and the faculty of Master's. The quality of education and entry into the program is vastly different. Master's from UOttawa will get you job anywhere. With Georgian you may get low level job. Speaking as someone who did 1 years PG and 1.5 years Masters
In PG courses, I saw bottom students begging not to be failed and they would easily be granted grades by the profs. In Master's there is no such leniency which is I respect Master's degrees holder any day over college courses. Most people in Canada will agree with me
