The tyrant king (maybe a Min Yoongi alter ego) ordered the beheading of Agust D (another Min Yoongi alter ego), but when he fell on his knees in front of the executioner Agust D he started to sing his song that infects all those people they start shaking their heads in time with the music and it also infects the executioner who, instead of killing Agust D, cut his bonds and helps him kill the tyrant inside him. This is my own interpretation!
