Blue Castle was one of the fast food chains that grew out of the success of White Castle hamburgers, along with White Fortress, White Hut, White Mana, White Tower, and Red Castle.

NJ had a few others similar to this one. Mostly Mom and Pop "Castles" tapping into the White Castle market. American ingenuity 👍
