Phase 3 SoD - Resto Druid: Does our healing change?

In phase 2 I received a lot of questions about our other spells and if they're good with their talent points. This is meant to be a beginner video to answer those questions and phase 3 spell questions/balance. It is not intended for pros in speedrun guilds.
***Due to the Omen of Clarity buff I will be going 15-0-26 to get that & imp thorns. Did not see that before uploading this video. It gives Wrath & Nourish a chance to proc clearcasting. RIP efflorescence, we'll see you in phase 4, maybe.
