When I was there I served under three Battalion Commanders. 1 of the three were top notch. I hope the current Commander lives up to his "speaking points". The mission is one of the highest home land defense missions! Taking care of the defenders, operationalizing the servant leader is a truly worthy goal. I pray for your success and mission accomplishment. GMD is a great mission, there have been great people involved and a few bad actors. Make it better for those who follow, and demand accountability! I respect your service and sacrifice. Service before self and excellence in all you do! Enjoy your time, it is a rare gift you have been given!
