I'm not denying he probably benefited from it but think about it it's a 6 year difference and you can cleary see no super bulky or defined muscle on him in the video odds are he did most of that naturally and than took peds after his gains slowed like most people on peds do don't take away from the fact that he's genetically elite I don't care who you are no one can just take peds and become an Olympic level athlete unless they already had some basic genetic potential to do so he has good genes coupled with Years of training followed by a few rounds of peds once gains slow and you see the results

A light, thin bone structure + lean muscle mass is ideal for force production
Force produced to Bodyweight Ratio is crucial

Sprinters should have size, strength and power in the legs but they only need power in the upper body. Added bulk especially in irrelevant muscle groups will diminish mobility, relative ground force producing ability and endurance. The ideal sprinter physique would be big legs, big core with slimmer and powerful arms.

@@speedstreak914 no! it dependes on the distance. A 200/400m sprinters should be rail thin with long limbs wide shoulders and narrow waist (young Usain Bolt, Gardiner, Dos Santos).

I think I could have an idea. You could show the fastest times in the 100m, showing mph/m/s maximum speed they get.

They all did most of them are a minimum of 3 years apart you can put on alot of muscle in 3 years if you've barely ever trained weight lifting it's basically comparing them to when they first started their pro careers at like 17-20 to when they're in their primes in thier mid twenties after years of pro training and weight lifting with thier testonone levels higher on special diets etc anyone could train for about 2 or 3 years with those benefits and easily look like lyles even with bad genetics and Tyson Gays build Is equally obtainable for most with the right work put in maybe not the low body fat and pretty visible abs but most can definitely achieve that kind of bulk in 3 or 4 years with a decent diet an consistent training on a good program

Agreed and some people will say they took peds to do this but if you look at them before and after given the time gap it's very reasonable for those kind of results
