      I come back to give a feedback. This exposure unit is really good! I’m really satisfied with this project. One thing that I made different was: I’m using Saatitex PHU HR, I used to work with this emulsion. The exposure time was 100 second when I tested, I don’t know if distance of light causes that. Anyway, I really recommend this project.

    This is awesome, as is your channel. Watched almost all of your videos and it's very generous of you to share your knowledge. I made this today! Bought the same lamp off Amazon US (I live in a country with 220v 50hz, and the unit accepts it just fine - just cut off the US plug and replaced it with a local plug). It all lights up just fine, but haven't exposed a screen yet as waiting for some transparencies to arrive! Thanks again. Great channel.

    Sorry another question . What kind of emulsion do you use? I have a similar led light. but it’s black u.v and higher wattage .I need a waterproof emulsion .

    I love your videos, they are awesome and very helpful. One quick question please, what's the distance of the light to your screen. Am trusting you'll get to respond, though its an old video. Thanks.

    Curious on your exposure time. I am using same light and emulsions. Do you have it for different mesh count? Do you 1/1 or 2/1 coating?

      Lance Scott for the most part I use one coat on both sides of the screen then my burn time is at 25 seconds but also a lot comes in play with this how far your light is from the screen is it completely dry is a lot humidity out a tons come in play but a good starting point would be around 25 seconds

      @@ApparelTalk Thank you. I burned one tonight for 35 and it worked pretty good. It was my second print job. If I recall you are in Vista, I live in South orange county. BTW the emulsion is great.

    I know it's been a while, for this video. I just bought that Light and was wondering if you removed the Glass from the light fixture.. does it matter if the Glass is in the fixture ???

    • @ApparelTalk
      @ApparelTalk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No I left the glass on the light

    Is the light right over the middle of your screens ?

    • @ApparelTalk
      @ApparelTalk  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ApparelTalk I
      Put mine together with bolts with wing nuts so I can take off the vertical piece for easy storage . I also I added folding wall hooks that are flat so I
      I can just hang the light on rather than attaching it. Now to try making my first screen. That was my first time building something and using a drill.
      Had to tweak things a bit so it has a few extra holes.
      Lol, but it will now do the job.
