Diría q el estribillo no está bien traducido.
La traducción: “me necesitas para mantener eso, para mantener eso en pie” en realidad dice “Necesitas que ponga en orden mi vida, para así poder estar juntos”. No se aprecia bien porque censuran la palabra “shit” del estribillo: “You need me to get that (shit) together, so we can get together”… y to get that shit together significa poner todo en orden, ponerte las pilas, recomponerte…

Así es bro, y también la parte de "me necesitas para.." en realidad es "you need me too" que se traduce correctamente a "tú también me necesitas", son homófonas "to" y "too" por eso se confunde, al igual que "two".
