Hi David, sorry for late reply, clearly I need to monitor my channel more often, apologies. I am not sure I follow your question though. SSO works when Finesse runs from its container (default implementation). If you are referring to Finesse running from a third-party application (via the REST API), I believe SSO is still not supported in that model.
