I can't forget being in Santa Monica, just out of his house, a true masterpiece, inside and outside. I envy the freshness of his thinking and the positivity of his work.

How many buildings are there in this project? There appear to be two towers in that model.

As an architect, I can express how disheartening it can be to see a glass building. I hope that some older architects reconsider this design choice, whether for aesthetic reasons or practical ones. Glass buildings, while they may have their advantages, also come with significant disadvantages.
One glaring issue is their maintenance. Cleaning the glass surfaces of such buildings can be a nightmare, and the cost of maintaining them can be exorbitant. It's not just the initial construction cost but also the ongoing expense of regular cleaning, which can be quite burdensome for the building owner. This frequent cleaning not only consumes time but also involves a considerable financial investment, which could have been used for more sustainable or practical purposes in the long run
