Not every story has to be a heartbreaker. Sometimes it is folks like Scott, someone that works hard, puts others first, and runs into circumstances beyond their control. Those are the ones really need that break to get back on their feet. Obviously he had insurance because he mentions the money received went towards paying off the loan. There are a lot of people out there that would have pocketed the money and defaulted on the loan. Sounds like he does everything right, even arriving 3 hours early for his shift if that is the only ride available so he isn't late. This is the kind of person you want working for your company. I was a secret Santa in my community for 3 years until this year when cancer put me down now I'm barely able to pay my bills or provide Christmas for my own son and two nephews

I lost my son who was 38, he had a massive heart attack on 2/2/21 and I lost my step son who was 35 on 8/13/21 in an car accident, my husband has cancer and I'm a mess..We have 2 children, one is 3 and one is 9. Both adopted, I just cant find the money for presents. We are struggling so bad God please show us the way..Amen

I know there are many who drive without insurance but how can you do that in good consciousness. I see many stop on police shows where they have people with no papers, no stickers or license yet they are driving on the road and fast and bad as well. sorry that this man got hit by one of those people. be happy that santa could come to him.
