CLIP DESCRIPTION:
When Ashley (Schuyler Fisk) accidentally gives some of Lance's pills to the Dean (Harold Ramis), Shaun (Colin Hanks) tries his best to make the case for his acceptance.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
Some cast and crew from NBC's highly acclaimed, little-seen series Freaks and Geeks reunite for this teen comedy that also marks the first starring role for Tom Hanks' son, Colin. The younger Hanks plays Shaun Brumder, a high schooler eager to propel himself out of the land of surf bums and ranch homes to which the film's title refers. He's had his sights set on Stanford ever since he read the works of professor Marcus Skinner (Kevin Kline), and his transcript is stellar enough to gain him admission. Shaun is understandably furious, then, when he receives a rejection letter in the mail; after some detective work on his part, he realizes that his flaky counselor (Lily Tomlin) mistakenly sent the university the wrong papers. It's up to him to get to Stanford within 24 hours to set the record straight -- literally -- and he enlists the help of his slacker brother Lance (Jack Black) to do so. Orange County co-stars Catharine O'Hara and John Lithgow as Shaun and Lance's slightly unhinged parents; the film was directed by Jake Kasdan and written by Mike White, both of whom contributed to several episodes of Freaks and Geeks.

Whether he's writing or acting, Harold Ramis is simply a comedic legend. This role could've gone to anyone, but it is memorable for his brief yet awesome performance.

This is really an accurate portrayal of a first time X trip
I've never taken ecstacy before because I've heard too many stories of someone dying from it, didn't matter how old, 19 year olds college kids died from it, those pills make you dangerously dehydrated even if drinking plenty water.
The new trailer for Godzilla Vs Kong reminded me of this scene.

+MavalocKing5050 Well as a person who has done both, I got a bit confused and hallucinated on ecstasy. One of the first times I did it I puked and then saw two roads (I was outside of a club). I want to say X can be heroin based or meth based which can throw off your judgement.
Rachel you're right. While ecstasy is traditionally a term for MDMA, a lot of the times you could be getting literally anything they decided to throw in that pill. From my experience people will classify them as "speedy" (contains some derivative of meth amphetamine) or "smacky" which usually will contain some form of cheaper/lower strength opioid such as morphine.
