No one ever told me what to do.If I had any questions I would ask my husband or my very good friends and my
family in law. they were all wonderful. I still have my old Dutch friends, they respected my conversion from being a Catholic to Muslim.
Also my wonderful dad never told me a bad word when I became a Muslim. Alhamdulilah I was very lucky.

Anybody who is advising new Muslims need to know Islam takes time to get root. No kid or adult starts Islam perfectly from day one whether they are new Muslims or not. Prayer is the key. If it gets stablished good, everything else will Inshallah.
The Quran was revealed in stages, adapted to the conditions of the Muslims at that time, especially the strength of their faith. Likewise for converts, do everything gradually, continue to explore the knowledge, so that everything flows without compulsion
