I shamed an uruk until shaming him began leveling him up and he became an unstoppable manhunter searching for me all hours of the day and night. His power was immeasurable, and he could've reached out of my PC Monitor to choke me to death.

Then I'd hunt him, and the same would happen. I tried to bring him down enough so that I could add him to my ranks, but he'd always rebound and take me down again, perpetuating the cycle until I gave up and ended him once and for all.
