Now, the SPW definitely could've delivered UV lights to them with the numerous vehicles that they grant the Crusaders, but they decided to get more pertinent items, like food and supplies (Not like the vehicles they were given lasted long anyway).

Emerald Splash isn't necessarily a stand. It's a PRODUCT of the stand, so like Magicians Red's flames or D'arby's poker chips, they can be interacted with.
I think this is just the same as Emerald Splash damaging the car, him blocking the Emerald Splash with his finger was enough to deflect them but he wouldn't be able to hurt Hierophant Green directly.

Emerald Splash isn't necessarily a stand. It's a PRODUCT of the stand, so like Magicians Red's flames or D'arby's poker chips, they can be interacted with.
I mean even if he couldn’t he could also have his stand touch for him.

I think this is just the same as Emerald Splash damaging the car, him blocking the Emerald Splash with his finger was enough to deflect them but he wouldn't be able to hurt Hierophant Green directly.
