Met the vocalist and yes his little sister passed away. His family adopted A Chinese kid. But my god what an amazing and awesome story. I love this song so much

This song broke me. I lost my daughter and this song got me through the absolute worst of it. Sadly every time I hear this song it triggers those painful days and I break all over again. This band definitely doesn’t get enough credit.

Love the reaction though man. This song is about the vocalists little sister who died a week before they recorded the album. He basically re-wrote the album around the pain he felt during the time and in every song you can feel every word he wrote which I personally think is a rare thing in today's music
