No...I thank you for showing me a new way to cut by opening, closing, and midway with/without the guards in all haircuts fades and using the same technique on alm hairs...well...some shape of heads can be contoured mid drop or contour low drop. 5:38 Instead of clipper over comb, could you use thining shears to blend too??
I would do thinning shears but first normal shears to smooth out the transition easier too. After that then do thinning shears to get any imperfections from the blunt cuts. I do it for all of my tapers and blowouts especially with higher guards. It’s so much easier to control what you’re doing rather than clippers over comb. Either way isn’t wrong, but I feel like shears helps you get it smoother
