- HAPPY 50TH ANNIVERSARY WALT DISNEY WORLD! #DisneyWorld50 ✨ A huge thank you to @boxlunch2737 and @DisneyParks for having me out for the media event to bring you guys FIRST LOOKS of everything debuting at Walt Disney World in honor of their 50th anniversary celebration!
Today we celebrate at Magic Kingdom and see all of the new food, drinks, merchandise, and more coming to MK for the 50th. We'll also meet some characters, WDW Ambassadors, and end the day with the World Premiere of Disney Enchantment. We even got a surprise performance by Christina Aguilera, an emotional speech from Bob Iger and Bob Chapek, and a first look at Beacons of Magic on Cinderella's Castle, all leading up to Disney Enchantment! 💫

Disney Enchantment thoughts ?! ✨
I haven't seen it in person but based on what I've seen on TH-cam......the projections, fireworks and sound seems really good....just need to reduce the down time and put more "heart" into the music to make it as powerful or even more so then Happily Ever After. The marriage between sound and visual is important to convey emotion. I think this is missing some of it. But there's always room for improvement and it will be even better.
I’m so disappointed! The castle and projections are beautiful but the music is horrible. Bring back HEA :(
i saw it when disney livestreamed it and i was very underwhelmed n disappointed considering its supposed to be their 50th fireworks show. there was no commemoration to wdw in general like wheres walt and the og fab 5. it just felt like any other firework show… little thought went into it :|
There are some high points in this show and the colors are really pretty, but there are some horrible electric music laser show breaks that are sloooow. Also the singing/covers were only ok
Also they really went with a million plain white fireworks instead of the variety HEA had… I hope I like it better in person. I also agree with the people who said it should’ve had a tribute to Walt/Roy/Mickey/SOMETHING that has to do with the parks/company earlier than the last 10 years lol since it’s for the 50th anniversary this just fell flat for me. Tinks flight seemed like an awkward afterthought.
Oh well hopefully this one will be short-lived and we’ll get something better after next year 🤷🏼♀️
the only part i enjoyed was into the unknown, but that's only because frozen 2 is my favourite movie lol but all in all, i was pretty let down:( happily ever after was like a major turning point of realization for me, and knowing that it'll never be back is so upsetting:/ hopefully enchantment will grow on me more, and that it'll hit different in person!
