Just tried both of them with this prompt: A powerfull instrumental rock song with a lead guitar which sounds exactly like U2' s The Edge on the songs 'wire' and 'in the name of love'. With a heavy baseline and killer drums. The result is great..if your an 6 year old! I guess AI translated my prompt into: can you create a childrens rock song as if it is composed by bands like van Halen, Europe or Bon Jovi :)
Another observation. If you reference known bands than the AI might block a result due to content violation. Another way to get around this is to describe the genre and beat in ChatGPT with the lyrics. In parenthesis, you can drive Suno to get closer to your desired track. Something like this: (: Ambient synths with a soft, pulsing beat. Add atmospheric reverb to create a cosmic vibe. Beat: Slow 4/4 kick, 120 BPM, minimal, with a rising pad that fades in.) this can be added before the lyrics.
@joelaforest1234 the thing is.. the specific sound I was referring to was unique, it can't be described by a genre, because it is almost a genre of it's own. After 1984 U2 became more like other bands with the exception of the 90's. So I guess my point still stands, but thanks for the info, I can imagine that at this point both AI tools are a lot of fun for children and young adults who don't mind sounding like a 100+ other bands within the bounderies of a existing genre.
sometimes it gives me my exact voice, sometimes very similar and sometimes different, I guess they will get how to make it more controllable in a near future
Hello, it's pretty cool with Suno that you can either copy and paste lyrics or upload an audio file with your voice. Another option is to run your voice through Eleven Labs to get a cleaner version of the audio. I have noticed with several of the AI tools that there will be different versions on occasion. Send us a link of your song. I need some more music on my playlist. Have a good day.
@@MocoandYummy. thank you for your comment. All of my posts involve as much AI as possible for practice and experience purposes. For this, I took a camera shot of myself for a reference shot, ran a prompt though Mid journey, did another video of myself saying the opening segment, uploaded the video to Runway Act One, used the reference image from Midjourney as the image reference in Runway, downloaded the Runway video, uploaded it to premier, exported the audio, uploaded audio to eleven labs, and uploaded the new audio to match the lip sync in premier. I may need to do a video on this if that will help. I’m getting ready to publish the entire workflow I use for this process shortly. Thank you again for your comment.
Thank you for the comment. Sounds good, I will look at putting something together. I use Midjourney for majority of my imagery. I plan on sending out a monthly newsletter with tips as well, so make sure to enter your email. Thank you, Joe
It was quick, but it shows ChatGPT and Suno. I also put some tips in the description to help with crafting the song. Pretty straight forward with prompting for the lyrics. I believe you can also do this in the free versions from a desktop or phone. Let me know if you have any problems or questions. Thank you, Joe

That is awesome. Put the link to your song, I would like to listen to it.
These also make nice holiday songs to send to friends and family.

I’m still working on it and will share it with you once it’s finished.
Could you share how you created the talking avatar at the start of this video? It looks so polished and seamless.
