I’d get this kit for the TRX6 for sure. I don’t have one of these, yet, but would do this to it for sure!
The bed and canopy looks more dramatic while crawling but i can see the performance increase without it. The bed also protects the rear on falls. I like the look of the bed. The cantilever suspension works great.👍🏾💯

Cool Adventure teaser Movie! I prever a flat bed for scale look and performance.Maybe a super lightweight flat bed make your performance Mog a bit more a "sleeper".Hey on your third axel are non ruptures? I think flatirons on the axel.
Yes, Flat Irons on the rear, just waiting on another set of Ruptures to arrive 😃

I wonder if NT4 would deal any better on those hill approaches. Can't decide which to buy
They are both great but the suspension definitely needs a bit of fettling for all out performance (it’s fine if you’re wanting to carry a load)

Just a daft question. Could the suspension be fitted to a 1/14 lorry a' la Tamiya?

Yes, would just need to make new bed mounts as they used to be the shock mounts.. will have to “tub” the bed though as the wheels come 1/2 way up the bed now with the suspension travel 😃

No overdrive, I did have a Quick Look online but didn’t see any overdrive option portal gears 🤷♂️

Nice, so much more articulation. Yes I'd be interested in the cantilever suspension, but with everything else. Price determines everything.
And that’s the issue we are having, will hopefully know soon how much it costs to put together a kit and we will take it from there 😃
Hello and greetings from Poland. I recently purchased a Cross RC NT4. I wonder if this type of suspension would work for me? there remains the question of the costs of such modification
It should fit ok but not sure about how it would perform, we will know more on cost very soon 😃

I like the canopy look...unless the cab has a cage...then nothing in the rear like the 1:1 6x6 competitions
It wierd, i remember lots of youtubers, famous ones all crapped on cantilever suspensions, like the one that came on that one gmade on the gmade 4x4 with rear cantilever. They all said it was crap and the ones that kept it changed it to regular shock setup. And now you show it doing better . Im so confused
I would guess the gmade one was a crap design 🤷♂️ I’ve seen some terrible ones out there!! There’s no trickery involved, you can clearly see it’s just so much more capable 😃
If he doesn’t do a production run would you be willing to sell the stl file so the parts can be 3d printed?🤷🏼

@@TimsRcsurgery Hello Tim. I really like your nt6. Back then I had the first CrossRC 8x8, and with it only problems: broken axles, gearbox too loud, no slow crawling possible. Now I've seen your video and am wondering if it would be something for me.? How satisfied are you with the axles and gearbox? I would also be very interested in the cantilever parts. What would they cost? would you deliver to Germany? Kind regards, Bernd.
@@s-peschlbernd5728 I was very sceptical about the truck to begin with but if you watch all the videos you will see that the truck gets abused more than just lightly used.. it has stood up to everything I have thrown at it, it is my favourite rig at the moment. Not 1 complaints from me regarding axles or gearbox, everything is tough as old boots 😃
I’m sure something will eventually break but at this point I’ll happily replace without complaint as it’s been so good.
Out of the box it is fun but for slow technical crawling it can easily and cheaply be upgraded.
You won’t be disappointed 👍👍
