Thank you for the great tour. Love the style of Hewescraft boats, and the rear-facing lavoritory (head). Besides lower prices, I wonder how they compare to the benchmarks of these NW-style boats, Duckworth or Wooldridge boats?
I was aboard a much smaller, like 21 Hewescraft. Really, truly-no exaggeration when I say YOU HAVE NO IDEA how heavy this hull is. When I stepped aboard that much smaller boat, I got ready for the displacement--this being a metal boat. But it seriously felt like I was stepping onto a cement pier--not a trace of movement. These boats are out of this world, if you doubt it, see one on the water and ask at the dock if you can come abord--again, you just don't know until you feel one under your feet.
Two objections I have to this boat. They need to raise the dashboard on the starboard side on these boats for built in electronics. There is plenty of headroom in this boat to raise the seat to see over a raised dash. Give the option to put the door to the head on the inside of the boat. Also putting the toilet in the corner will give you more leg room. Maybe an option for an external electronics box for the rear helm under the roof overhang. I know someone who works for HewesCraft and they look to fishing guides and lodges to improve their products rather than the everyday customer. I do not no if that is good or bad or both.

there double aluminum walls thats filled with foam they are a bit heavy which is what you want in the bigger salt water applications
