I'VE MOVED TO A TOWN NEAR THE BEACH IN JAPAN! Moving vlogs/ house tour and town tour coming soon lol.
I guess good things do happen to good people. I'm honestly still in shock.. and also moving the couch around for the 100th time. A 6 room, 2 kitchen beach house IN THIS TOWN!? Sounds like a fairytale, and i FEEL LIKE I'M STILL DREAMING.
I said to my friend Laila " wow i can't believe how lucky i got." She stopped with the most disgusted face and said "What are you talking about there was no luck, you worked so hard and did everything you were supposed to, it's not luck you earned this" low key almost cried. When you decided to do something, put your mind to it and work hard i've found that anything is possible.

I'm 43 years old, and I can say that when things do not work out, it's because that's not where you're supposed to be. When it does not make sense how you're able to accomplish something, that's when it's meant for you. Some people push through in situations they know aren't right, and they end up stuck or with great regrets. But when people go with the flow, they tend to end up, overall, where they're happiest. I hope what I'm trying to say makes sense.

It’s a huge renovation project. Sundai mentioned that we won’t see the house she bought for some time. She is renting/living in the beach house for now I assume. 😊

Yes but i can kind of see how she could do it. She's been wanting to get a home for a year or more now so she's been saving. She has like what, 3 jobs? (modeling, her clothing line, TH-cam) and now that she has that other house for an investment -guessing she will rent it out- then that helps her pay for things.
Her having a home with so many bedrooms means she's moving some others in or i guess just a party place. Esp near a beach. Haven't finished the video yet

Yes. I live across the street from a beach in Jp. The plot twist- you wont go to the beach as much as you think, it will become normal to see it everyday. No problems during typhoon season other than crabs and other sea life being displaced after the storm.

I live in a beach town in Mexico and it is all of those things BUT great vibes, fresh seafood and you get to go to the beach whenever you want. Oh yeah, and its dusty as hell bc of sand ☺️
i have been super busy as well so i'm only just now catching up on all the sundai videos, but even as busy as i've been (for the past like month or so) i can NOT fathom the idea of buying TWO houses and dealing with all of that PAPERWORK in japan. and having to work with another party to interpret/communicate with/for me?? but girl, your hustle and work ethic is absolutely insane. just goes to show that if you truly want something enough, even with of the obstacles, this is proof that you can make it happen. i am so excited to see what your future as a homeowner/beach dweller is like!!

I'm a Mexican who lived in the Bay Area and am living in New Zealand. Here in New Zealand, you are never far from a beach. I don't live right by the beach but I am about 4-5 minutes from a beach and 3 or 4 little bays. Here bays are smaller beaches.

That little room off the second kitchen could be a laundry room with linen and cleaning supplies, since there is clearly plumbing right there for that kitchen. Also, fridge drawers have become more and more common. You could get 4 fridge drawers, use 2 as freezers. Maybe 2 freezer drawers and get a single door under-counter fridge. Just a suggestion thinking about the stairs.

Yeah the stairs are great, but should be an option just in case sometimes you're not feeling it, so I'm with you there. Also, the busy street thing. Yeah, no. I 100% agree, nothing worse than having to fight through a sea of people on your doorstep. Got to breathe that air! Now you'll be breathing fresh sea air...will be amazing for your mind and body
In the 70s our family lived on the beach used to watch the storms come in and the ice form on the waves in winter. We lived in Ocean view Virginia; hot and humid in summer and freezing in winter!

I grew up on the beach ( in south Texas) and I still live very close to it. There is something about being near the beach that is just another level. Yes there are serious threats that come with it such as HURRICANES!!! yet I have lived through countless ones, including Hurricane IKE which did take everything. But things can be replaced, your time and youth can NOT. I think you will love it and like you said you only live once, not to mention your in Japan, how freaking awesome is that. Love your channel and seeing all the adventures you are having.
