- Spoilers ahead! Javon Walton, aka Ashtray, chats with ET’s Denny Directo about the season 2 finale of ‘Euphoria.’ The explosive climax left fans with more questions than answers: Is Fez alive? Is Ash really dead? According to Javon, both of these fates are TBD! Javon praises his co-star, Angus Cloud, and confirms they’re just as close behind the scenes as they are on screen. He also reacts to fan theories swirling around Tom Holland, Zendaya’s boyfriend, potentially filming a secret cameo. Plus, the 15-year-old weighs in on just how realistic the 'Euphoria' high school experience is proving to be as he returns to a real school himself for the first time since second grade! I’m surprised how nobody is talking about how this is the first time we get any real emotion from Fez. Never once did he ever be emotional about anything.

I didn't realise how much I loved his character until this episode. Fez screaming his name and the terrified look on Ashs face once he's kind of realises he's done for, made me burst into tears

He had no dialogue but the emotion and desperation in his eyes at the end said it all. Especially when Fez says “come on bruh, please!!” And Ash starts crying. Smh ugh! I can’t believe they killed him but he’s going to be a phenomenal actor for sure.

I think it’s been a known thing he’s quitting acting/ at the very least going on a acting hiatus to focus on his boxing career. It’s impossible to do both at the same time if you’re trying to be a pro boxer

I get chills from how well him and Angus played that scene. Jayvon did an amazing job 👏 and Angus' screaming was heartwrenching.

They’ve been getting a lot of bad press because of the drug usage but it the most realistic up close look at how it really is so don’t complain about the situations you’re seeing because it’s acting at it’s very best and I don’t understand what people think it’s like in real time, it’s bad unglued scary and sometimes people don’t come back from addiction they die instead.
For me, someone who’s only 24 and have had addiction problems for about 6/7 years, BPD, severe anxiety plus physical health problems, I appreciate how real the show is when it shows the real, dark side of addiction. It can be triggering but it’s also a reminder of why not to do drugs and resist the urge because the spiral happens so fast. It also shows mental health in a realistic way which I appreciate. People who haven’t been through the struggles see it as glamourising, people who have been through it, appreciate and relate to it.
fr ive seen ppl tell me to be careful watching the show because it might trigger me since i used to be addicted to heroin and fent but it didnt for me personally
I think it’s the parents who are in denial about the reality of the lives there children are living
Thing is, although it depicts the dark side of drugs, the show kind of glamorises it too, that and slutty behaviour, sex + toxic relationships which is a bit frustrating to see.
agreed! i understand how weird it might be for 30+ year olds to be acting as high schoolers in some scenes in particular but in regards to the storyline of euphoria it’s pretty damn accurate. people are truly wild in high school

I loved his character from day one. Him and Angus play the heck out of their roles. The best story lines of the show! It broke my heart when Fez saw his future w/ Lexi before his eyes after the guy was killed.

I doubt ashtray survived ,but hopefully fez does. Ash is at puberty age, he would probably come back in next season 3 feet taller, and deep voiced, which may be strange for the show who see him as a kid. He's an excellent actor, and so is fez. I wish fez was able to give lexi the flowers, something good to happen to him for once. Excellent show ,can't wait til season 3.
