I like when the advent calendars have the characters Christmas themed, wearing scarves and Santa hats. That being said, Daisy is my favorite.
Lucifer probably my fave overall but Bambi on the last day was brilliant.
For my favorites on Shannon's side is Hei Hei from Moana & on Paul's side is Duchess from The Aristocats
My favorites are pua, Rex, heihei, the little green alien and Mickey Mouse
It may just be me but these look a lot more detailed and higher quality than usual.
The Aristocats is one of my favorite Disney movies

So this is the 2023 advent calendar? I just got it too but thought it was old since it’s series 5. And to answer your question, no they don’t all have the same characters in them. You got a few I needed!
Just realized mine was series 7, and I got a special Christmas Mickey, Minnie and Pluto in them.

A lot of companies have advent calendars out this early because if they are sold quick they may need to restock and many families will start Xmas shopping for advent calendars this early because you need it by the first of December. They sell quick
