It's quite common of the hardcore Ghost fans to do and post the picture in fan forums. The word he spells is s-a-t-a-n . Tobias had a Myspace account and it was there he uploaded the famous Demo of three songs that started the hype. His brother died the same weekend and Tobias didn't check it for a couple of days and when he finally logged in it had blowed up completely and record companys where sending him emails. Death Knell is the tolling of a bell to mark someone's death. If you can't say Opus Eponymous just say self titled work. It's the same.

It really is crazy how solid this album is all the way through. Prediction: You will enjoy the final two tracks on this as well, haha Looking forward to the Genesis reaction. Not trying to over hype the song, just going to be curious to hear your thoughts as it will deviate from what the three tracks before it were about (and I guess even arguably from the rest of the album as a whole)
Also, yes, not knowing how to pronounce most of the stuff Ghost uses for the names comes with the territory, lol. Don't feel bad for feeling stupid. I'm pretty sure Tobias does it on purpose.

They were never Ghost B.C. There were copyright issues in the US and they added it only to release Infestissimum.
