I feel like the guides know what I needed because EVERYDay, saying the mantra which Paul says at the end. Has transformed my health and I now feel goosebumps all over my body when he says it. Repeat the mantra if you need to recognize health within yourself!!!!

I Am STRUGGLING to receive your messages, because my brain goes haywire when all the words are repeated, I can't comprehend the phonetic rhythm-tactic. Question, yet first I thank you all for your service💙. As I go into the upper room I've seen immediate shifts. One moment, quarrelling and the next peace between others. Yet the times the quarrelling has momentum and I try to go to the upper room, it's as though I do not gain access and the ones quarrelling go full bore . Is this because I'm trying to "fix" the situation? Thus creating something to fight against? Is there another way for me to perceive this?
