That's simple, if the language is German and English that means some courses will be in English and some in German. So if you don't understand German then I believe you need to learn German before starting your studies.

@@simplerecipe974 If your bachelors is 2 years degree then you need to get equivalency for Germany. You can check on web how to do that. Regarding masters, you can definitely apply. Checkout Applied Science Universities in Germany. Also, you can cover gap with some experience. Did you work in the gap year? Its important to show that you did something in that time and learnt new skills or gathered experience.
