Ter stegen and oblak are now the best in the world but their one on ones arent as good as the neuer de gea category in their primes. Besides most people watch the premier league so de gea will he used as a comparison as compared to neuer who's been poor for quite a few years now whereas de gea started declining last year sadly. De gea saving with his legs was probably better than neuer as it's very unorthodox although neuer was the better keeper overall. One of the greats.
