A few notes from the talk:
Surah Khaf and run to the cave of safety as the sleepers ran to the cave and Allah AJ all settle your affairs
The hearing must be protected - the ears are the door to the soul and any negative vibrations corrupt and destroy the heart and soul
Practice Zikr - produces a immense amount of post over energy and shatters your negativity and anything that is trying to take away your energy
Be with the righteous and they are always attending the majlis and Zikr
Ask for the Nazr of Prophet SAW (not to listen to you but ask for Nazr) as the Nazr of Prophet SAW is a cure for EVERYTHING! There is NOTHING better than having the Nazr of Prophet SAW as Allah AJ sees through the eyes of Prophet SAW
