I work with Neurolens on a daily basis as an Optician and I'm really jazzed about how they work and how much effect I see them have on my patient's lives.
Why are they not covered by insurance? Not everyone can afford it. If these are supposed to help patient improve their quality of life they should be covered by insurance
Yea I paid over $700 for mine and dont know if I actually really need them. I thought i was suffering from BVD but it seems to be something else doctors cant find yet. Extreme dizzy everyday feels like im going to pass out if it gets worse during the attack
@Collect2Disconnect They were $600 as a premium last year. That price increase is unacceptable. Even if you take inflation into account it shouldn't have increased by $100.
@@Collect2Disconnect I was diagnosed with BVD as well, it's possible that its causing you to have some anxiety that is exhasberbating the symptoms. When i had symptoms I would get super anxiety and it would make my vision worse and I would get super dizzy
I just got this a couple of weeks ago for all the symptoms mentioned in the video. So far it seems to be working, hoping to fully adapt to them soon

Is this a life long solution ?
Not sure yet. There may be adaptation
it's too bad that the lenses are so expensive. Not affordable to everyone.
